  1. Yeah most of the tiime ships you get for reparations are quite bad, obsolete, so i just scrap them not to waste resources, but if we can refit them, add new tech on them that would give them purpose and of course increase the size of fleet.
  2. Problem that i have recently is that it take to long to load. If you exit construction (shipyard) it take time, if you go to main menu it take time, its not problem with pc, i believe it is with game.
  3. One of things that would be nice to add is possibility to buy ships from other major nations and improve those ships in refit section. Removing original weaponry and adding weapons of your own country.
  4. Didnt add anything in months since didnt play that much due job. However here are few things i think should be improved. While end turn is fixed (mostly) turn calculations are faster and so far it never stop or crash during the turn end. It could be a bit faster but i guess when you have tons of nations fighting each other, building stuff and repair... it takes time to calculate which is ok. Loading screen however is something that is slower. Whenever i enter battle and battle ends, it take considerably more time to return to main screen, same when you exit your naval yards (as i call ship design menu) it take quite a lot of time, same when you want to go to main menu. Other then that its okay. What i think should be added to the game, some of this is already added at first page but still: - New map, the current one is quite chaotic - More ports, or at least giving manual options of upgrading the existing ports, enlarging them so that more ships can be built, - Having designated shipyard (in ports, thus making those cities more imporatnt) and ability to upgrade them - Research tree need to be updated, or at least changed, current one is ok but it can always be better - More optioins for land wars, ability to when enemy invade you, you can actually send amount of troops to stop or hold it, automatic as it is now is not good. - Adding manual submarine combat, yes i know that need a lot of time and even redesign some points of game but automatic combat sucks. - Adding submarine hulls so that they can be designed as well. Would so much like to make my own variant of Uboats. - Adding transport hulls so that they can be designed as well. Transport ships are essential for economy in this game and creating different types for different purposes is actually good idea. - Adding more hulls and parts. Some hulls are already announced but frankly it is still impossible to create some famous shiops accuratly, like Nelson, Kongo, Nagato ... not only its impossible to fully scale down to apropriate tonnage but there is no parts that suit them. Sure you can make Kongo like she was in 1914s (close to it) but no chance to create upgraded one. So more hulls and parts to improve that. - This one is tricky and i hardly believe they will be ever added to the game but i hope one day they will because they are part of naval combat: Carriers. Yes i know what people will say but carrier is necessary. I know that for carrier there would probably need big changes to the game so that planes can be added, and i hope on long term this could be possible. - Adding frigates, corvettes. These smaller ships could also be added as patrol, escort ships. - Adding more destroyer hulls and part, this is connected with more parts and hulls but its necessary. - Adding more timeline, for example up to 1960s, as well adding hulls and technologies up to that period, i know this is probably not possible but who knows, one day could be. Thats all i can think of for now.
  5. I dont mind doomstacks but on smaller scale, this is riddiculus, especially to people who maybe have weaker pc's it would lag as hell. Now imagine doomstack of equal technology as yours, now that would be interesting, especially all those nasty critters known as torpedo boats and destroyers, lurking in their darn smoke screens and releasing their torpedoes. It is also quite hard in campaigns of 1920-30 where you cant build that much ships, It is particulary bad with Japan, Russia, China and Spain, if you try to build decent fleet, let say 6-8 battleships and battlecruisers and then 10 or so heavy and light cruisers, its impossible. With US and Uk yes, Germany, Italy and France well mostly, but with those other four nope, oh even with Austro Hungaria you can built a battleship more. I do not mind of doomstacks in 1895-1900 campaigns, but after that, its ridiculus, now lets say starting sizes, if we get that Royal navy in 1914 had around 18 dreadnoughts, 10 battlecruisers, 35 cruisers, 200 destroyers plus 190 pre 1907 ships, you sould be able to built a lot of ship with Royal navy, starting fleets should be relativly big. Not having 6 battleships and fwe cruisers at start and then slowly building up. Game need definitly more polishing, but comparing what was before, now its quite good. With exception that game do freeze sometimes on turns, in different parts of the turn change, either on missions, either simply stuck on "next turn" this need to be fixed fully.
  6. Whats with AI, in almost every second battle AI run away despite in some cases been far superior in numbers? Its wasting time chasing them and they refuse to turn ad fight. Can you please fix this problem.
  7. No you dont. There is scenarios, battles that you cant decline. You can of course go auto but then risking to lose some ships. But you cant actually decline the battle.
  8. One small change should be added to game, option to accept or not naval engagements, some you cant decline you must go with them. If you decline you lose some points, that should be better then when game force you into combat.
  9. There is bug also when clicking end turn, a calculation. It is slow as hell. Once it came to building new ships, ist stops or slows, but at segment of update missions it does the same. It is understandable that there is more calculations when there is 10 nations, 9 AI and 1 player, but it is very long wait. It need to be faster. Myself and probably everyone else who have this problem do not want to wait 5min or more between turns. It ruins the game.
  10. Is there any chance that we will see addition of supply ships as well. Since now sending a task force spend lot of fuel and they end on low after only couple of turns. Also will there be enhanced speed of turns, it still need quite a lot till is calculated between turns?
  11. Il try but there is also issue where it freeze when you start new campaign. Not always, but every 2-3th time.
  12. Bug that fix turn stall, isnt fully fixed. It still freeze, whenever came to "building new ships" it stalls, freeze, if you click with mouse, once every second freeze it crashes. Now i dont know if this is because current campaign i started before this latest patch, but it still doesnt work.
  13. Devs should definitly take a look at problem with turns. Once it came to "building ships" it freeze and dont move at all. usually either it crash or must go to main menu and then re-enter again. Its quite annoying because it happens all the time. Before it was less but still present (since this problem was never fully fixed) but now is terrible. It take to long for ai to sort trough ai countries and then when it came to ship building it stops. Most of the times.

Agree, there is lots of problems with angling, in one game, my battlecruiser shows full broadside only four turrets were engaged fifth turned in opposite direction and do not do nothing, on smaller cruisers especially, only one main gun working rest decide to go on strike. This didnt happen before, it started with this update.
  15. There is also quite long wait between turns, of course more nations that are AI mean longer wait but sometimes it froze and crash. I also feel that Japan have to little ports. There should be few additional ports or increasing size of existing. In smaller clashes, enemy run away, its impossible to catch them (as usually those are either destroyers or light cruisers) As i mentioned before submarine combat is automated, its not fun at all. Its nice that they are in game but whats the point if you cant design your own, or control like you control surface ships. Minelayers - minehunters should be separate ships instead putting all into destroyer. As well introduction of frigates, escort frigates, etc. Starting in 1920 enemy fleets are far larger then mine, playing with Japan, my starting fleet was some 20 ships, every AI nation had over 70. I don't mind other nations having more, but increasing more funds would be nice. Heck my starting fleet was some two battleships, and five battlecruisers (one which i lost early), i did manage to hold my own because despite been in war with Russia, US, France and Spain, i was only attacked by Russian navy, which most was in Vladivostok, hell, Russian pacfic fleet in this game was twice the size of my own fleet. But biggest issue is the wait between turns. Algoritms are to slow. It should go faster.
  16. There are of course lot of problems, although by most part it works. I did noticed that enemy love to escape more then before, and if you have slower ships, impossible to catch with them. I am glad that submarines are added to game (hope aircraft carriers would once be to). However i dislike how they are used. I mean it would be nice to have designer so that we can design our own submarine based on existing or generic components, also that submarines are part of your battlegroups. So that you can use them for scouting, attacking far from main group. That we can attack directly convoys with them, using wolfpacks tactics. This automatization is not really that fun. Of course i hope in future there will be such addons, but even for now its okay. Addition of new nations is bingo to me. But i hope that one full update will focus on new hulls, new superstructure parts like bridge section, new funnels.... and that those will actually be modeled after real ones, because fully recreating ships in this game is not possible with exception of very very few that are actually 90% correct. Really hope that 1.10 or even 1.11 would focus more on those. But i like direction game is going just please DONT add multiplayer.
  17. There is still problem in campaign when it says "Building new ships" sometimes it stays at that and you must go to main menu and enter agian. This seems is not fixed.
  18. I didn't want to repeat myself, but when i was posting the bloody post, something was wrong, and it end copying itself three times. I did send admin a message to delete 3 of those. It seems nobody deleted it yet.
  19. forgot to add one of minor additions that should be implemented in future updates is manual ship naming. Allowing ships that are been build or in pre-commission state to be named by player. Automatic naming is okay, but if you want some historical names for memebers of ships you recreate then you want to have that chance. For example: Bismarck class you would definitly get first ship named Bismarck, but you want to get Tirpitz as well, otherwise you need to copy the design and make it as separate class. Just to get battleship with that name, or hope that random name generator gaves you the name you want.
  20. This is great news, one i was waiting for a very long time. Finally i will be able to have my vengeance against those pesky Americans on pacific. The mighty Imperial navy will rise again!!!! ok, joke aside. This is quite big update that is coming. Now my concern is, do they plan to add more super structures, funnels and that stuff, to be "actually" acurate to the real thing. So far you could not recreate any of the Japanese ships or even American ships, they simply lack proper hulls, super structures, not to mention funnels, both US and IJN have some funnels that came for those ships but most are generic. The same as with Nelson class for British, technically you could re-create it, but it lack that bulky building like superstructure and even real funnels for it. Hope 1.09 came quickly. I think il get myself an Indian nail bed to train patience on it:):):)
  21. It took me 1-2 years to stabilize economy. I was forced to mothball half of the fleet at the beginning, and brining one by one online, after year or so it start slowly to stabilize, till i was able not only to bring ships from mothball active but also built twenty-thrity more without getting problems, even when i would receive ships at the end of wars (most which i would simply scrap) it would be okay. They are though nut in the beginning,
  22. Italians to me look most broken, especially 1920 era, i mean i build total of 6 battleships and battlecruisers and few heavy cruisers and it constantly put me in negative. Their budget is smaller then it should be. I should be able to have fleet of at least sixty ships but game say no, even 20 is to much wtf?
  23. "Building ships" when you push end turn, its take to long. Especially for period of 1910-1920, this should be speed up a bit.
  24. So 1.06 is finally out, now, when will we see 1.07 topic? Is there chance we will have new nations in the 1.07, like US or Japan?
