    That is just a waste of time, it's better that they use the time needed to do what you proposed into finishing what they're currently doing and when all the features are in finish the UI.

    I mean, just a small rework, wooden background image, and not much more, that would take very few time, but change the feeling a lot.

    If you know a Nation plays move in the evenings, flip them in the mornings... Cannot see why so many people want PB's only to suit there time!

    Because in the morning. Most of the ppl is working. Battles starting at 23:00 are fair enough , but ...after 00:00 , they r kinda annoying, it affects ur real life.

    As my first suggestion has been well seen, ill try and make a 2nd one :P

     

    Im sure u are working in more deep and complex improvements for the game, but...what about making a new , basic,  wooden based theme for port interface? Also some iron or whatever borders for buttons would be great...

    When ppl buy the game, first thing they see is those blue-gray menus, which are a bit too much simple, and first impressions are pretty important.

    Just to give an example...when i was convincing my brother to buy the game (he ended up buying it), first thing he said when i first showed it to him was: 

    Oh come on , i'd make that ui in few hours...and i think he wasnt rlly wrong...

    I guess u could invest 1 dev evening work time and prolly get that basic wooden themed interface done...

    And understand this is not a complain, im sure u are planning to do this, but it has been too much time already with the same UI, and i think that little effort would be worthy, both for the in-game feeling and player numbers. 

    We dont need the final UI yet, but a more themed one.

    All of us probably agree thats it's kinda annoying to take and drop missions until you end up getting the mission near the port u desire.

    I agree we shouldn't be getting missions in some places, like it's working right now, but in the places u can get them, it shouldnt be taking 15 mins until u are lucky enough to get them at the desired spot, (because u wont sail out unless u get the mission where u know u can get it), so...

    Wouldnt it be a great idea to give the option to choose the zone more precissely, and not rely on being lucky with the RNG when picking the county ?

    Setting a sub-option when u choose the county , so u also can choose the port, and then randomize it arround that port? Also make sure that u are never getting a mission exactly at the entrance of the port, so u have to sail away the coast.

    I think this would just save us time, and not change the mechanics already implemented, because as i said...i will be taking and dropping missions until i get them where i need.
