Seems to me that you equate rules with what is valid or not. Circumstances are what make actions valid or not, not rules. Rules often do not address the validity of certain actions - and some times create new problems.
The green on green rule is not appropriate in several instances. It is worth people coming up with these rules getting to open up their minds to that.
If you are attacked by a green, you report it but you don't fire back. It's simple.
If an ally is being caped, you don't fire on him. It's simple.

Il y aura des améliorations en PvE dans un prochain patch: des navires plus nombreux dans les flottes, des vaisseaux plus lourds.
Bonne nouvelle ça, j'ai aussi vue qu'il y aura du changement pour les Ports Battles.
D'ici 1 ou 2 patch apparemment, les PB fonctionneront ainsi:
- Shallow water = Navire Shallow uniquement
- Deep Water, ville normal = Navire Deep allant jusqu'à la constitution (pas de Ship of the Line)
- Capital Regional = Ship of the Line max (en gros comme on a actuellement.)
Ce sera également un petit changement étant donné que pour l'instant c'est la course au plus gros. Et cela avantage grandement les nations ayant le plus de moyens.

You are right sir, I watched the movie again because you know...why not?
The exact same model especially it's stern. There are some shots where you can see her stern and no doubts, it's the Constitution. 
And one more reason to reach the 3rd rate rank. That way I can have a fully crewed Constitution!

comment ils vont s endurcir les nouveaux si jamais personne les attaquent ? Encore une fois, si ce n'est pas eux, ca serait quelqu'un d autre qui viendrait, tout comme on le fait ailleurs On s'emmerde encore plus quand on ne peut pas faire une île le soir sans tomber sur une renomme qui te tag.

I think it should be around the Essex/Trinco. It was a large frigate with 44 cannons (mentioned in the movie) and the Constitution had over 50 cannons. But its a fictional ship the ingame Essex does not have chasers for example but close enough.
As for the Constitution I think its a beautiful ship with a terrifying armament and a very strong hull. Its a beast really. I do not care much for Lineships I am in love with frigates and the Consti is one hell of a frigate. The 3rd rate (the generic one not the Bellona) is a slow, sluggish whale, the Consti can easily out-turn her so I would not say she is useless against a 3rd. But she isn't a lineship so dont try to fight like one.
Hopefully, in one or two patch, Ships of the line will be only for Regional Town in the port battle. Giving much more lpace to the frigates that will be available for the Normal Town.
Good thing, I've just reached Capitaine de Vaisseau rank. Wich mean I can get a Trincomalee.
(But my ship would be called La Sentinel )

I do not understand.
At the moment any sail on the horizon or close IS within the 2 minute timer. This is a gigantic clue for any captain to know how safe it is to engage and if there's friendlies around that SHOULD help if the need arises.

Some gankers LOVE to place themselve in a position between there prey and the possiblement renforcement, that make the renforcement against the wind, and thus completly unable to reach the battle before it is closed.
Already happened multiple time.

If u look hard enough, u might find a list that said "Nations never conquered", Sweden is on that list as well

So, to have the closest thing to the Archeron in the movie, the Essex is the ship to go?
I've read that it was portrayed or was supposed to be a constitution class. (Too bad it sit in the middle of two rank. Can't be used when you can have the Trinco, but near useless when you can have the 3rd rate.)

Yes! She had 12 pounders during the Sea Trials. Would love to have them back.
The Acheron is already in the game but not the one you saw in the movie. If you have read all the books you realize that the movie is quite different. It contains events from several books of the series (20 completed + 1 unfinished). The main plot is from the tenth book but the enemy frigate was not the Acheron, as a matter of fact it was not even French. It was the American USS Norfolk and they never get to battle each other. The Norfolk wrecked on a reef by a typhoon and thats where the Surprise found her remaining crew.
A quote from the wiki page:
"In the Author's Note, O'Brian says that the USS Norfolk recalls the historical expedition of the USS Essex. Essex sailed in South Atlantic waters and along the coast of Brazil until January 1813 when Captain David Porter undertook the decimation of English whale fisheries in the Pacific.[1] Although her crew suffered greatly from a shortage of provisions and heavy gales while rounding Cape Horn, she anchored safely at Valparaíso, Chile, on 14 March, having seized schooners Elizabeth and Nereyda along the way. The next five months brought Essex 13 prizes."
If you check the Essex's wiki page you will see that it's the same ship that had been added to the game a few weeks ago... So basically the Acheron is already in the game.
Wait, the Archeron is not supposed to be a Constitution class ship?
Or an essex?
I really want to know since I sail for the France I want the Archeron. :3

I have my default, but at least I don't just shut my mouth when there is a problem. When someone bully, I act, when someone need help. I come. (so let's say your attacked ingame. If I'm close, I'll try my best to join you and help you escape the battle. See what I mean?)

I find it interesting that every time I offer to have a chat in TeamSpeak with KF they never show up, but sure enough I check forums and sweden chat and more negative posts are made. You know they say insults are the last resort of the ignorant.
Maybe you should start first and stopping the action that can be held against you? You know, when one want to talk about that kind of stuff, it's generally AFTER he showed some sign to the others, not BEFORE.

I have to admit, I've gotten a sort of perverse kind of entertainment from watching the worst offenders show up in here to lament how everyone else has brought about the ruin of the NN forums.
You people have had all the time needed to smarten up and, surprise surprise, it just went further and further downhill. The community brought this upon themselves by being so immature that they couldn't handle a barely-semi-moderated forum without bickering like children. I guess you'll have to stick to patting yourselves on the back in absurd Suggestion posts where you accuse those you constantly troll of being the trolls themselves, and trying to grief players with inexcusable Tribunal threads to get them punished for not breaking any rules.
This is what happens when mommy and daddy get fed up with the mess and take away your toys, because you won't clean up after yourself. Congratulations, folks; you have nobody to blame but yourselves.

So they are Rogues of your nation roleplay it they make a NN thread saying they fought the french and won or whatever but the nation they are under is suppose to be allies with them, either post in their thread or make a seperate thread shaming it and announce a bounty on their heads.
Also just because they did this or that doesnt mean you stupe to their levels.
They are not rogues of my nation. They are rogues of the Swedish faction we are in peace with.
They don't have to make a thread about themselve cheerfully going against the Diplomatic discussion, they don't have to cheerfully post pictures of them taking lone players 5 to 1 and brag about it in completly IRRELEVANT thread like France vs GB.
They don't have to make MULTIPLES THREADS about them.
They don't have to GLOAT about putting there WHOLE faction in danger. Heck, this guys managed to create so much trouble that Swedish were forced to defend St George against pissed off French. St George being one of the last -if not the last- Outpost holding the lines against the Dutch.
And please, do I come and challenge you to a duel and tell you if you don't you have to shut your face? No.
So please don't talk about levels, because we are way up above theirs.
I don't think your realise how toxic they are to the others -including there own nation-.
And no amount of so-called RP, Bounty or stuff will make people tolerate them.
