  1. Unfortunately, it looks like your gpu is overheating or one of video memory modules is corrupted, both issues shows themselves only under heavy load.

You can try to lower graphics quality settings to low and enable frame limiter in both open world and combat (through in game video settings), restart the game and see if it helps

Please also check your game files through Verify integrity of game cache in Steam

  2. Tw4tty & Krists,

From both your reports I see no issues except some packet loss in between your ISP and our servers. That may be related to some maintenance work on ISP side or some inter-connectivity issue. Unfortunately currently there is nothing what can be done from our side. As a side note - I see that game easily communicates with the game server (beginning of the test), issue may be related to some bugs in our code, to verify that everything is fine with the client, please report bug through Steam launch option "Report Crash" (that will send all your logs to us to analyze)

    Thanks!

  4. Have a buddy we are trying to install. Did the Microsoft 10/10 install. He has a Nividia 4 gig video card. I7 intel chip.....Has about 20 Steam games.....not sure how many are new though. Will try a free to play game. I think the last one he purchased and installed was Payday 2. No issues we any other game. He keeps getting the client.exe file error. Any other ideas?

Did he sent report through "Report Crash" launch option in Steam? (click on game, select "Report Crash" and run)

  5. Can someone tell me, please, if I can run Naval Action with this computer:

Processor: AMD A8-3800 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.40 GHz

    RAM 8,00 GB

VideoCard NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 4Gb

I have DirectX 11 installed and played games using DirectX11.

My only concern is only if my 2.40 GHz processor can handle this game.

    Thank you in advance,

    Radu

Unfortunately even on low quality settings game will be barely playable, biggest bottleneck is gpu

  6. Hello chaps.

I've had to re-download the game onto a new PC and now when I log in I am asked to create a new character rather than choose the one I already had. My original character does not appear at all and yet when I try and create a new character with the old name I am told this character already exists, so it must be in there somewhere. It's probably something embarrassingly obvious I know but I'm having a sustained geriatric moment so I hope you can help me out.

You need to check that you use same Steam account, if problem will remain - please send me PM
