Let me clarify. I'm not complaining or blaiming our loss on anything being unfair. Misshaps will occur from time to time. Sweden might still be more skilled in tactics but the dutch are superior in industrial capacity and can afford to attack again and again, waiting for the swedish fleet to have these freak occurances happen all of a sudden. And then - BAM! Swedish fleet needs to be on top our game EVEY battle to stand chance and that wont happen. As yesterdays battle showed.
Spot on! I am rather suprised, and that is a BIG compliment for you boys and girls, you are able to keep it up for so long and still remain so strong. Its like grinding down a mountain. We know it will eventually happen if we keep pushing but damn it sure takes a long time!

You guys play the game just as us, and engaging might not have been the best move, I can see that, I will now put this aside.
Still think we both missed a helluva fight outside, post PB.

Attacking a port, staying in battle for an hour and then leaving wastes 2 hours from the defenders. Logging off after a lost battle makes you lose nothing?
I was under the impression you don't mind waiting for hours on end? You sit in port all day long afterall. Wasn't it the same as usual, just with spectators?
Ofcourse, you waste the time of the people outside. They expect a enemy to actually come out. Kinda makes sense, right? Could it be we are starting to get fed up with the way how you do war? What goes around comes around.

We do logout when we lost half our ships for example. to avoid ganking
We could have but we decided not to engage. Easy as that. Our attack, our fleet, our choice and you just have to deal with it.
Personally I feel that logging off like that is lame and should make you loose a durability. Abusing a logoff to avoid being attacked is something entirely different then changing your mind to attack a port.
Thanks tho to the several Swedish captains i fought today. Nice fights! Thanks!

CrazyBear... 75% of our clan is completely Swedish, players in which that couldnt care less about the interests of the British we are only allied with the British because we have a mutual enemy (The Danes) therefore the help from each other gives us both benefits, things like we keep the Danes hands tied in Ile a Vache and rustle their feathers a bit and in return we get silver shipments for ships its simple, and when we switched to fighting the French it was because we were being PAYED TO by someone in KF and as that was happening it just so happened that the French decided to attack the British making it look like we coincidentally just started hammering them because they attacked the British. But I'm sure you still have some more BS statements to say so keep it coming I'd love to continue laughing my ass off at your assumptions....

Mobile Fighter G Gundam; a Neth Gundam of Neo-Netherlands. Japanese vision of future with new and exciting political map which is pretty much the same as our modern one... except countries are Neo, which is why it's an exciting vision. And then they build big robots that fight in world arena because why not.
It's full of wonderful neo-stereotypes that would get PC banned in Europe in 0.05 second after the pilot episode. A must-watch :3

there is still the same ppl in the battles. so i dunno what gather of big ships ur talking about. the only thing that changed is that u have massive screening fleets as i see it.
we took several ports that u defended, and the BR diffrence wasnt more than 0,1 alot of the times. and if 0.1 is sucha given victory why didnt u win the attacks with those numbers a single time.
EITHER WAY. the attacks on Caracas is only a way to get some pvp. i dont Think anyone had the illusion sweden would come and take all ur provinces. we took what we wanted the first Days of the war (la blanquilla and st george) and now we dont even need la blanquilla. for that matter.
I Think u will have other things to worry about soon, granting the french the path to attack the brittish. GL with that btw ^^
It is only a matter of time before we catch up. Practice does miracles. You stepped on the lion's tail and it will rip you to pieces. The moment you slip up we will be at your throat, again and again till you are driven out of the south and then some. Long live the Republic!

Thus, you want to attack all our ports at the same time, ergo you don't want any resistance, meaning you don't really want PvP.
Coming from a nation which is becoming infamous for not leaving their ports that is quite the statement.

You know what the problem is?
1. Dutch players claiming the timers being a problem, while they outnumber us easily 3:1 in OW and yet there are always fights during primetime on major Swedish harbors. Not the timers are your problem:
The Dutch are unable to win a offensive PB with all Turrets down, a BR of 1.6/2 and splitted up Swedes yesterday.
2. The Swedish are getting arrogant. Yes, we are winning several PBs that looked pretty bad, but our skills in PBs are still subpar... only because the Dutch are worse, doesn't mean we are good. At the same time the Dutch are on another decisive level far better than we are, but while several Swedish players are too drunken from the PB victories they just can't see it. We are lucky to win the PBs otherwise we would get into major problems.
In short: There is no reason to be arrogant.
Overall the attitude on both sides is getting rougher, the frontline hasn't changed since days. It is time for a ceasefire and peace negotiations before this war becomes a matter of national survival for one of both.

I think you hit the nail on the head there. We are at the moment unable to defeat you in an offensive portbattle. Too many players getting the ranks and who need to practice, me first, in sailing in proper lines. I think one of our points is indeed the issue of timers. You claim to be all open for PvP but those times limit us greatly and make you sit in ports for hours on end refusing to come out. Its the right thing to do from your perspective but for overall fun, not so much. I would fear the day we start to beat you in portbattles.
I take it you refer to our Open World performance on the second problem? Thusfar I have seen us being alot better in those encounters. Plenty of eager captains of all ranks, great sceeningfleets and a bigger presence on the open seas.
It seems we are at a stalemate at the moment. But I don't think peace or even a ceasefire is going to happen. That ship has sailed.

Well, I am infamous in DAS with my Traders Snow for hunting down traders and some people make jokes out of it, the Bastards. And i know if people try to board me i have an unpleasant surprise for them. Unfortunially i can't attack because of the same Nation.

Shame my Marines was better of shooting cannons then boarding
Mine have been doing suprisingly well, at a more modest level of vessel tho. I attacked with my crew and they took down 31 NPC sailors.

So maybe for the health of the gamer community let's agree it is for no good good to blame russian gamers but also blaming the whole "british gamer community" as well for every blood little mistake done in this game. Because this is also a pathetic hobby in this Forum.
That make no sense whatsoever. You are being aimed at as one playable faction to another and not on your reallife nationality.

It stopped being fun a long time ago. RP OFF. This is xenophobia. At every step, every post you guys only see "Russians this", "Russians that". Now you use word "Russian" as an insult. This is disgusting and pathetic.
These guys are players enjoying the game just as you want to, and all you want to is to blame them for everything bad that happens. In-game reputation and honor? Maybe it's time to think of your reputation and honor as a human being? Because these are slipping by you real fast.

Exactly! I have stated this in Global Chat several times. People should just knock off with the whole bashing of a nation that aint even a faction in the game.

I guess half of DAS already re-rolled then. TBH you guys are complaning A LOT and i am a dutch player myself. Try to find a solution, stop complaining to others and deffinitely eachother and especially STOP these unnecessary complaints about "re-roll" or "timers" or W/E. What do you want to realise? Sverige to regret taking our ports? This is a war and in every single war there will be some kind of 'unfair' behaviour. Arrange a plan and start to conclude that PFK might not be around and DAS might be the only 'major' clan left. It is time for change and the dutch nation has to accept it, i'm not even sure how 'big' PVP DAS is atm.
I think you are being too harsh. Among that newbie intercepting fleet there were plenty of DAS members as well, me included. I am sure you remember me!
You have to keep in mind that DAS has been on the foreground of defending the Swedish incursions, as wel as against the French in the last war. We launched multiple attacks each and every day despite battling against an enemy which has its full fleet ready and waiting in the only attackable port. After a week and a half of that with little success it should not come as a suprise we won't attack them. It is like sailing into a meatgrinder and that is a big compliment for the level of organisation in the Swedish nation and th3e dedication of her captains. The last thing people can do is accussing DAS of a lack a figthing spirit. That is just bang out of order. It should not come as a suprise tho that it is very frustrating too realise that the safety, that the clans in the east provide, to the Willemstad region now results in our own captains falling behind because we are too occupied up there. We are defintly falling behind rank and shipwise and with PFK down another big player in the nation has fallen away. I can't blame, and understand their reasons, the Swedes for using the mechanics this way but in a matter of time and amusement it does not bring much for the table. That being said; this is a war so I am not complaining, just making a point!
Still, I am enjoying myself so lets keep it all civil and exchange them cannonballs!

Understandable, but not realistic. We will take those ports back as they belonged to us. Just a matter of time. Maybe you should look for a trade agreement with us? Or perhaps admit defeat, then rent those ports from us for a set price per week? That would appeal to the dutch as merchants!
