Friday the key was not delivered, so I contacted support. The support contacted me 2 hours ago saying that the key was delivered in my email, but it was not there. I waited and, 2 hours later, still no key. This can be the last one of the series of topics made by me in this Suport area of the forum, but only if i get any response. This is being a messy weekend for the devs, and I can see that. I'm sorry for posting so many topics but I have no choice if I've been having more then one problem with the key deliver. Awaiting the key or an response.

And for who have the game: Is it normal to the key take an hour to arrive after the "Your key has been sent out" response from support?

They sent me an response saying that the key was sent to my email just right now. There is probably an little delay on that because the key is not here yet, but I'm happy to know that they sent it.

I purchased the game monday, checked the spam folder AND sent an email to support, but no key still. Everything is alright about my payment, but support didnt asnwer my email that I sent almost 2 days ago and still no key. The dev team is small and I know that, but 2 days without an response?! All my hype to play ruined in a weekend.

And, just to be sure, whats the suport or key email title/name? I might pass it if the name is different from what I imagine. Is it an paypal email or an suport email?

I checked that yesterday. Already sent the email to suport and checked all of the 3 steps and none of that happened. And, by the way, brought the game monday, 5 days before the keys' date. I think now its just wait for an suport email or an email with the key.

Yeah, I understand that. My hype is gigantic, its one of that games that you want to play as soon as possible. I already checked it, i check it all the time for my precious key xD. Anyways, I will keep waiting. I just hope that i receive my key soon and not next friday.

I sent an email to suport yesterday morning (25 hours ago) and still no response. They answer at weekends or I need to wait until tomorrow? If they answer, they only do it at night?

Oh, ok. I sent yesterday too! I want that key so much! Classes returning this thursday, I can't aford to get the key only next friday xD.
