Mission details are posted prior it's start date and time. ex. Sink 10000 NPC ships in 48 hours and receive Thank you Treasure Chest. Chest will drop things starting from 1 random ship - to Fat gold reward. This is server mission with combined numbers from all nations. So, let's say sink 10 000 NPC ships in 48 hours. 5098/10000 shown to all players upon login with remaining timer. These are fun and provide Monthly Thank you rewards to all players if they complete the requirement in time. More content = better experience. In your case let's say capture 25 regions in x time. No matter who did it, as long as requirement is fulfilled all get their reward.
