Is the PvP 1 server up? or is it just me who cant login?

From ancient history til up to modern World Light house holds the most important position for the ships to navigate at night or in case of fug. I would really love to be guided by Light House any time soon (Its not that I get lost on sea, after a long sail a little welcoming light from the port would be nice)
