PSA: Ship Designer

 Thanks to the ability to save your Custom Battles designs in v0.5, you can use hulls from other nations without needing to enable Unlocked mode during the battle, allowing you to make use of the feature without letting the AI designer do the same.

 Simply enable Unlocked mode, design the ship you want (ie, using the modern US destroyer hulls and towers to make an accurate Tribal-class for the British, or recreating Prinz Eugen's time in the USN), save the design, leave the shipyard, disable Unlocked mode, and load your new design normally.  A historical Tribal-class destroyer I made using the US Modern Destroyer (Leader) hull.

 On a related note, can the British please get these tower and funnel parts on their own destroyers in the next patch?
