reset graphics if you can not go to graphics :) ?

SO i guess my naval action is bricked... as I understand it the graphics config is stored on the server... and I can neither get to the apply button on the graphics because in this state it doesnt even sroll that far down with the mouse wheel... or reset them locally... nice game killing bug LOL
