Not sure what's to understand that I could have missed to be honest... I understand  sailing fir/fir protects against gankers to some extend but it also means your ship is garbage in combat and vs a player of the same skill level in a ship that isn't made out of wet paper and doesn't only have speed mods at the cost of making it even weaker.

And as for loodsman, yeah it is a waste of marks... I wasn't sure but now I know and you can see it on the poll here too...  the best PvP players agree on that and the only PvP player I know (CptRocko) among those that voted "Yes" admitted it was by accident...
