Lost XP and crafting XP.

Not having played for a while, I have come back after the wipe and want to join my friends on the PVE server.  Before we had played on the PVP EU server where I had a high level character and maximum crafting.  My character on the PVP server has 9 redeemables including XP and crafting XP, some ships and other things and I have not used any of them but the character I have now created on the PVE server has no XP.  How can I move the redeemables?

XP redeemables were available in all servers in case the player had fought one battle in each server before the wipe. Now the XP isn't shared anymore, if you created a new character it isn't possible to get the XP of a character from another server.
