Troop Facing

  I believe this has been discussed before but I might as well add my observation.  Using the middle mouse button to turn troops is very awdward at best.  Keys would be much eaiser, or give us the option of remapping this feature.  So far game has much potential and is enjoyable to play.  The Tab key says rotate however, it does'nt seem to do anything.

I agree that unit rotation feels awkward.  I don't think its so much the key for it, but the way it feels when rotating the unit.  It feels, as you said, awkward.  I find it has a tendency of being imprecise and "flippy".  I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions to improve this, but I know that for me it feels off.  Somehow I'd like the rotation feeling I get from Total War, which to me feels much better.

Have you tried to alternatively use Tab key (instead of mouse middle button) and move your mouse left right? Rotation is very smooth and easy to be done in this way.,

I haven't, but I definitely will and let you know what I think!  Thanks.

 

EDIT:  It is a big improvement when done with tab.
