  1. So i captured all the objectives at Chancellorsville on the day of Jacksons flank attack but it still took me to the next day, just why? I should be onto Salem Church but now i gotta waste more men to retake the objectives i never lost.

  2. Id be in favor of a "Landmark" DLC.. Say it overhauls  the look of the Dunker Church at Antietam and basically everything on the current Gettysburg map. It would just make the game/map more accurate and immerse you into the history

  3. Lets get this out of the way first. I love the game and cant wait for the full version, but the inner history buff inside of me would like to bring up one part of the game.. Cedar Mountain..

I do not beleive in any way this version of the battle is slightly accurate, The Union attacked Jackson's corps and Jackson was not "forced to attack Bank's corps on Cedar Ridge" albeit Jackson did counter attack Bank's men after his attack stalled out but i still do not think this is a historic depiction of the battle. Now i get it that it may be hard to fix now but at least its out there now.

And Cedar Mountain itself isnt even on the map... Lol

  4. In its current state Multiplayer is good but I have noticed some bugs which i'll list below.

VP Names being wrong- Most common one is calling the McPherson Ridge VP Oak Hill, and the Oak Ridge VP McPherson ridge. This could easily cause a player to divert troops to the wrong VP and costing him the battle.

Clicking on Corps Commander and then not being able to click on any other unit- Very Rare bug that happened to me once forcing me to close the battle I was in.

Barlow's Division arriving too late in the first scenario- This basically defeats the purpose of having him arrive in this scenario he arrives with little to no time left in the game making him useless unless the battle is delayed.

-Will add more as i find them-

  5. 22nd North Carolina,

Suggest you take a look at Pfanz - "Gettysburg - The First Day" p. 314:

Wainwright with Stevens, Cooper, Stewart, and a section from Reynolds Batteries.  Batteries instructed to move at a walk for fear of creating panic and running down the I Corps infantry retreating through Gettysburg.  Wainwright waited for the road to clear then ordered “Trot” and “Gallop”.  All of the guns escaped.

Note that the story is also true for the Union XI Corps at Gettysburg and most of the other ACW battlefields.

Capturing one battery in the ACW was a big deal.

Capturing 4 batteries in succession is positively - Napoleonic!

Not what im talking about, Whenever a large body of troops goes after arty BEHIND my lines when they are clearly needed somewhere else is very maddening

  6. Before buying the early access of UG:G  shortly after it came out I expected it to be very sloppy and basically un-playable but as we all know this was/is not the case. This game has been amazing since day 1! I have never ever seen game developers value the feedback the way GL does. Not to mention the weekly patches and quick response to a game breaking bug in a patch.  So im sure that i speak for the entire community when I say Thank you for the great game and keep up the great work!

  7.  These things i am about to list need to be addressed in an upcoming patch as they are very annoying/determential to gameplay

    1. Infantry going after my arty units when they are cleary needed elsewhere, This is the most annoying out of what im listing as it seems like the AI isnt smart enough to realize that friendly units are needed. Say im attacking Oak Ridge on the first days battle and the Iron Birgade/Pauls Birgade (the units that tend to do it the most) will always go after Pegrams reserve arty when they arrive on the field, and this isnt even close to being historical and just plain frusterating, they usally take out all of Pegrams arty and then just sit there and do nothing if they would roll my flank up on Herrs Ridge then i wouldnt be complaining as much but since they just still there and do absoulutey NOTHING.

    2. Units retreating towards enemy lines, this one pretty much describes itself.

    3.  Morale dropping rapidly, This one is probably the least annoying thing on the list but it will still make me say WTF? Morale needs to last a little longer than it currently does, Yes this may result in higher casulites but i think that ultimatly this would improve gameplay as it would increase battle duration..
