AI, and AI only ships are never in low fuel. Ai seems not very vigilant about refuelling its ships. With arguable guns choice, that makes AI is often outranged. Low fuel in combo give as result a disaster for AI fleets. I think it could be rather simple to implement.

First thanks to this game to exist. Capsizing seems to be absent, and even listing seems to be a graphical feature to show the ship is quite badly damaged. I want to say a ship will alway list on bord what even it floods from bord, starbord or stern. I have to admit comparison that come immediatly to me for damage management and effect on the ship is GNB.
