It is not a bug, just a minor inconvenience I have encountered.
It is about the beam and draught sliders, they both move in increments of 0.2, also the value is not editable (like the tonnage, the speed etc where you simply write the number you want). So once you move the slider to a point of X.05% (like for example the maximum which usually is 12.5, 16.5, 18.5 etc) you can not return back to 0.0% since by moving every step by 0.2 you end up to either 0.1% or -0.1%
