Hello, I've got a problem with payment confirmation. I bought Limited Edition of Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts, the payment got withdrawed from my bank account, but after finalizing payment I got a system message from Xsolla that payment got cancelled. So now I've got no money and no idea if I'll get the game. I checked the spam folder and see no messages there either. I'd be glad if you looked into that issue, the e-mail address I used while buying the game is the same as this forum address. Best regards!
