I tried this and found an interesting development when using this workaround. When opening my Windows Command Prompt and using this path it was not able to find the files. I thought it was strange so I went in manually and looked, there were no files under the "LocalLow" for Game Labs at all. Could this be my problem why I get my crash when trying to start the game? I have tried the repair function and also reinstalled the game with no success.

Haven't been about to play the game yet. I get a crash on startup that states: "The game has crashed. The Crash report folder named "2019-10-26_120342" next to game executable. It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game." I have the folder and if you want me to send it to you I can. I have ensured that my drivers are up to date. I have also used the repair function under options twice. (UPDATE 2019-10-26 at 1929) De-installed the game ensuring that the roaming files and local files in C drive were delete. No change in symptoms, error message is the same other than the file stamp being different. (UPDATE 2019-10-27 at 1910) Still no change in status getting the same error message with different file numbers.
