A data miner prove to me that it is possible to achieve 49% hit chance on opening strike at 29km.
I asked proof of this and i could not believe that it was possible. All the current game techs and researched.some things needs to be bit more balanced and CVs would be nice balancer to this enemy fleets predicament.
I don't know how some are capable to do this.
This is actually really nice. Gives me some ideas for late game ship designscould just be with debug tool enabled

I think the the best way would be to have both main and secondary being more accurate at mid and close range as it become straight and less ballistic. On top of it I would nerf bug turret rotation time or have it kind of delayed. That would make the smaller caliber more quick and accurate against fast small boat.
According to the change log all guns will be more accurate at close ranges
