I have remained quiet in my defense on this because I do not want to recognized players singling me out and attacking me in open forums like this.
I will remain quiet with any arguments other than what I have stated already.

The US are just targeting me, there are plenty of other people doing worse crap than me. The fact I was US left for France and then turned around and smacked their coastline so hard for a while with a group of people who they could not compete with. The US lost very badly and continues. So why not go after one of the culprits IE me, and they are trying to back getting me ban because I like to throw salt in chat and get people all emotional and p***** off, I think its funny. My alt republican is making money on a trade route that only few people use and the trade resources just sit and stack in. My wealth situation isn't to great either even with doing this. There is no proof of me baiting and there never will be because I have never done it and never will. The pictures are of me in battle with french players that unknowingly attacked me, the quickly saw who I was and I was let to be able to leave those battles the set time I could leave those battles with the times (IE battle cool-down timers because i was never tagged in battle extending the timers.) Now being a Toxic player sure i guess i can be, I a very down to earth and chill guy, but stupid people love to believe propaganda or stupid fairy tale lies and it can irritate me like most season and veteran players. Also with me telling other people to go to a different nation, yes i said this because some poeple IE newer players need to hear it because most of the time they cannot leave port without being attacked because no one there can protect them like other nations could, I have already helped handful of people in the US go elsewhere thats that.... So any further talk on this Post is only feeding thus post singling one player out. The few people to defend me here I have told to stop posting here along with dozens of others who wanted to say something in my defense I have prevented from talking on this fairy-tale witch trail against me.

I get attacked by french, Prussian and dutch players because they cant read my name, once they do they let me go because they know me. People hop into those battles to scout/help isnt my problem and isnt baiting.

Getting attacked in open world isn't anyone's problem but my own, I'm not calling for help. Also is been announced dozens of times im a sky and alt (Republican)

Regardless any further discussion seems to be useless here. Hopefully admin recognizes something wasn't right here and corrects the issue.
I agree no need for more discussion. The issue is now know and maybe something more can come of this for mechanics for trading ports etc.

Well the port was dropped to early. UWS figured it out and still grind it up to a PB following the in game mechanics.

FYI... French UWS clan grinded Hostility during the Port Battle window.
Just want to make sure that part is clear, It would not have effected the outcome since LR was being dropped to neutral.

Then all of the active people without alts etc, are going to spend countless amount of time sitting there watching for items to pop up for sale to buy. Instead of sailing and having fun they are in port trying to make money doing nothing and getting pissed for hours on end, and this game with effectively lose people for it. Allot of the trade players would either stop trading so much or just quit the game.

My buddy Grosadmiral Skitz, me (Harthuzad) were in a PvE mission against this victory as seen.
I collided with Skitz in his Wasa and we flew up in the air span out of control and capsized.
Skips lost : Wasa with Cartagana caulking Refit, Navy Structure Refit, Northern Caprenters.
Ingermanland: Navy Structure Refit, Bridgetown Frame Refit.

I am the Victory still afloat in the pictures. The Locean flew over my ship.
I was stern raking the Locean with grape shot, He was about 300-450 meters off my ship I was turning to get another stern rake while they were boarding.
The Locean flew over my ship and landed where it did.
1 Santy did a back flip, and the other Santy barrel rolled 1.5 times to rest upside down.
All these first rates all capsized because of this bug.

I was trying to Delete my ports one at a time, in the process Ays would not be deleted, I tried 2 times on the second time it was deleted and so was my port in Tumbado, my Tumbado port had literaly everything I owned. Over 400 hours of work and ive lost everything becuase of this. Its not worth playing anymore, unless this can be undone. Can I get some help here.

Pirate Jack Spaarrow was in US waters, we had been giving chase to him when he got to a open port of new Smyrna. RAM and most of its players are leaveing the US to join the Pirates and have open the port, allowing Jackspaarrow to enter the port and evade our chasing ships. We spotted Lonar on of the RAM traitors outside and gave him no care. The pirate Jackspaarrow left the port and hopped into battle with him immediately. They both said they were trying to dual, we said heck no while we were there, that its not the place to do this in as shown in said screen shots. Lonar was attempting to save his pirate friends ship. Their first attempt we pushed Lonar off of Jack, and moved to kill. Before we could manage it they boarded each other again and Jack immediately surrendered to Lonar. If there are any issues with this then Lonar and other RAM members need to leave the country sooner than later because we will not stand for anything of this nature and we will continue our actions, we are not attempting to purposely damage or destroy ships of the same nation. If there is an issue with damages caused to Lonar and his ship please tell me the repair amount and i will gladly compensate. (repairs for damages are well if hull repairs used then at a cost of 1200 gold per and no more than 20, so repairs should be no more than 30k gold.) Also would like to point out that Jack is an experienced player, why is he Bracing against attacks from Lonar that is curious.
