You're looking at the wrong server I bet. These guys are from the Dark Lands (PvE-server).
Btw, solution should be for port owning clan to change the port setting for Investment rights to: "Clan & Friends".
It has always been set at Clan & Friends.

My clan (CSR) is friended with USNA clan and we have invested in Saint Marys. They are receiving port bonuses on ships built there but I am not.
Sent an F11 bug report but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

The number of port raids is for giving you time to practice. The final feature will have NPCs attack only rich ports for top 3 nations.
We really suggest you practice. You can use wind gusts to get ships transported and practice. This feature stays.
The safety switch will be switched off on Monday. Countries will start losing ports if they do not figure out how to defend. Can we get confirmation or clarification that this will apply to both PVP and PVE servers?

Please, give PVE clans the ability to add port upgrades to our shipbuilding.

Additional PVE combat improvements
- AI improvements for NPCs
- Elite NPCs
- Bot routes in the open world will improve
- NPC chasing abilities improvements + NPC aggression in the open world (when AI is confident it can catch and the target and give it some action). Captains will have to plan the movement around clusters of enemy ships (players or non players).
- National NPCs will also try to support weaker side in uneven battles if they are around.
I play on the PVE server
These PVE changes confuse me. Players will need to plan movement around clusters of enemy ships (players or non players) Why would players on the peace server need to avoid players?
Aggressive AI was tried before and it was removed for good reason.
You seem to implement things that players dislike, then remove them, then reintroduce them. (RNG quality ships for shipbuilders as an example) Now we wonder just what your plans for the peace server are. The ONE constant on the Peace server that players enjoy is the ability to choose our own battles. Do NOT take that away.

I don't think you are reading this correctly - 5 combat ships is not pvp only task..
5 pvp assists is a separate task and it is not as hard. If you pvp. Better start cracking right away.
The goal is to lead the players to fun activities from the start - without delay. Game is most fun in a group and pvp and conquest are great if filled with players.
So please stop the negativity and lets lead the new players to fun activities.
Propose new missions, challenges and ideas ..
Game is most fun in a group. Spot on!! So give us back our old Fleet Combat Orders. Your new mission system kills the ability to grab friends and get quickly into a fleet battle sailing the rate of ship we prefer.

Unable to log in for 30-40 minutes now. Both servers do not show a ping at the log in screen so I assume it is both servers

The only way to fight in the PVE zones will be to attack smugglers - which will from the patch create outlaw battle (FFA) - the mechanic that you can test on the testbed.
Does this mean Fleet battles vs NPC fleets will disappear for PVE players?

According to the map Sunbury doesn't become a US port. It will remain a Freetown.
(not in the first patch anyway)
True, IF the speculated legend is correct.
I'd like to know for certain.

If I have goods in a warehouse in a FreeTown that is becoming a Nation port (Sunbury becomes a USA port) are my goods and ships placed there at risk?

Same experience. Still unable to log back in.

Received an in game email several days ago saying compensation for the loss of my Vic on June 16th will probably happen today.
Nothing yet, though.

There are some rumors being spread through the in-game chat that there is an issue with Victory ships, and that they may have caused the crash on June 16th.
People running fleet battles have become reluctant to let Victorys join their battles because of this rumor.
Could a Dev please respond and state whether this is is true or just an ugly rumor?
Thank you.

About an hour ago while in battle all players experienced a crash or disconnect. This was the USA PVE server.
After about 35 minutes I could finally log back in. My ship, however was lost.
I hit f11 and submitted a bug report, but did not list my losses there.
I am seeing other posts about this, and that filing a "ticket" is necessary. What exactly is a "ticket"?
My losses
1 Gold Victory 2/5 slots
1 MC powder monkeys
1 gold improved magazine access
1 gold steel toolbox
1 MC extra pump
1 MC optomized ballast
If I need to submit a ticket somewhere else other than the f11 bug report please direct me where to do that.
thank you,
