pirates have no alies on pvp2 we have no diplomats.

that is one way an internet connection can slow down however i live in a place where the trees detour the signal so internet can be troublesome on normal wi-fi so when i play naval action i use 4G phone net works smoother.

true on both accounts however you cant rely stop them you ban one account well then they form a new one and then home group it so they don't even need to buy a new copy so theoretically its a chess game that will never end.

your issue sounds like a technical problem within your internet itself i asked my friend if he has experienced something like this and this is what he gave me as it shows the pings over 5,000 he said a few minutes after that it peaked over 10,000 and then went back to normal flow he was using poor internet at the tame of this shot and hasn't had this problem in a long time but with that said try looking at your internet it might help.

The C.B.P. is a fairly resent clan with some member's in game the clan's leader is Captian Lord Tridax and C.B.P. stands for Caribbean Blue Privateer's i am not in his clan however i am his friend he is looking to help the pirate nation grow to fight the coming battles so if you see him on and are interested give him a shout.

Clearly you haven't read any of my posts on this topic i have done my own inquiry on the system i reported my findings the systems a problem i have even used my self as a test subject with the in game reporting service its a laugh and as for photoshoping the evidence ya it would work why simple take it to the tribunal and there you have it since the tribunal has a connection to the developers by some stroke of luck and don't go saying it wont work i have seen the tribunal do it.
And i have answered his question as clearly as a can make it clearly you must be harboring some resentment from the past to come back and pester me again. further more if INK wishes for a more clearer description he can ask me DIRECT not through YOU hes capable of doing so unless you are ink as well i wouldn't doubt it.

You are true for the most part were lucky people haven't reached the point as to Photoshop evidence to ether get people chat banned or banned all together however i find it more entertaining to read some of the things people should be getting chat banned for and having a good laugh out of it.

firstly do you play Call of Duty? Because that's the attitude of a CoD player right there only a CoD player would be so the way you are i know i dealt with a lot of them.
Secondly I can be fair and reasonable however what you said shows your arrogant's and that you are in fact not fair nor reasonable and that your out to hurt other's for nothing because you think that they should just be banned and do you know why that's bad because that's counter productive say one hundred people got banned one day then they all put up review's of the game that's one hundred hate reviews that hurts a game after a while. you clearly have problems playing the game probably comes from CoD because those games change people and not for the better not when parents are buying there kids of 6 CoD games when they have a 18+ warning and they don't care that's why people are not fair.
And thirdly if i want to burst someones personal hate bubble i can and will if i so desire to i don't care if it makes you sick or not and i love how you cover up YOUR TONE of demanding me to never do that again by asking please in front of it so cheap learn that its a free world out there and it doesn't revolve around you nor any of us fess up to the horrible thing you wrote and move on already.

it more sounds like happy got dragged into battle under the pretenses of trying to make a quick score i once saw something like that an american continued to draw a pirate into battles and another came along in a very large ship far bigger than the Americans chased him away happy was just doing the usual thing everyone does attack until chased away by something bigger.
as to the ramming you must be there to be leave it as my friend before the update that prevented pirates from killing pirates he was attacked by 5 other players under the pretenses that he a rammed one of them and b shot at one of them where he did neither he got rammed and as for the shots fired he might have he did say he was eating popcorn during the fight and was having poor aim so happy could have been a poor player i have seen them.

to me doesn't look like much of a difference as to him being an alt how do we know could have be some jo shmo who jumped in the video to me looks a little bit staged but who knows i say let the fight begin n kill or be killed not like ramming in those tall ships is effective anyways hell i played demo derby with my 2nd rate lots you don't here me complaining do ya.

i have been noticing something rather strange going on i am a pirate now and i hang out near many ports but the problem is simple people are leaving and there not coming back i seen some of the most greatest pirates walk away because the dev's have been running the game into the ground ill line this bag of ugly snakes out for you all to see
first off we have
the ports around Mort all produce materials which rely cant help you in any way to so anything for example Port Au Prince is the only port for miles that produces silver and its under british control its too close to port royal they wont ever let it go
port battles takes way too long example kids island the US tried to take it for a week they didn't even get 50% on hostility they were hammering it so ya what good is that
to make an exceptional quality ship now you need fine wood example exceptional fir ship needs fine fir and fine oak i have seen the most best ship builders just grind to a hualt as they cant get the mats now to make a ship
things to shoot ok so i am out at Baracoa right and i sit there for 4 hours in real world time i am running back and forth along the coast guess how many traders of other nationality i saw 2 out of four real world hours i head closer to port royal guess what same thing theirs nothing to shoot no ships to loot
and this ones been bothering me i am out trying to do missions to lvl up and 2 British players come along and gank me the had 1 3rd rate a frigate and 2 privateers i had a 2nd rate exceptional teak bucatuar and all the cannons were at the max they could be i get flanked by the frigate hammer its side a bit he runs off and then i get to hit the 3rd rate right perfect broadside but one problem it barely did any damage didn't even move to one bar but when he follows up well he pulls more damage than me how is this real what does he have world war 2 deck cannons for armaments. so it goes on for an hour real world i am trying to kill them and the frigate returns using chain shot my ship cant turn on a dime so hes safe from harm as hese using the wind to protect him they try and push me into the wind didn't work eventual my sails are shredded i am sailing the 3rd rates right behind me and guess what happen'd the game logged me out mid battle ya i got booted i rush to get on and what do i find my ships in a dead stop this is not very realistic the ships don't stop like that in game so why when you get booted from it it stops like it dropped the anchors needless to say i lost my prize ship i remember a time when all ships had the same 5 durability i cant take that ship out now because i don't want to lose it and my upgrades which i cant get now exceptional powder monkeys is one of them you cant even get that from sealed bottles now you cant make those types of upgrades and you cant get them so why bother using them.
to top it off ever since this madness started with the new crafting changes no ones building ships those who are sell them for outrageous prices for instance a 4th rate frigate exceptional teak nothing on it going for 6 million i asked the guy why so high his answer was because it was murder to make the ship in the first place so he felt he should be getting that to compensate his troubles with the growing ganker's sailing around. not very fair on a nation that's been hit hard by this madness.
so ya i don't know what the dev's are doing but its ruining the game more and more people are leaving because of it hell the pirate nations most wild and uncontrolled clan the BLACK clan there high leaders are never on now there minor clans are doing the same slowly.
and the last thing i am having a pain with is the closest you can get to mort for a mission is far west of baracoa that's where i lost my ship to the ganker's and even better yet to far away to get to help maybe the next time i am going to get ganked i should just walk away from my computer and say go get a sandwich by the time a would get back it will be over since theirs no equal footing and ganker's live to be total cheaters.
i have played many types of games that are like this out of 10 of those many games i would say 1 would not have these problems why simple they made it so equal that its not possible to have these problem's.
o and whens the Santa Cecilia going to return we have been waiting so long for it or many its just another cheap trick like the BP events to make everyone angry towards the dev's.
maybe i am a terrible player who knows all i know is i am not the only one hit by this.

It seams more and more a waist of time in game reports had a guy get racist on me last week was racist all week reported him all week did anything happen nope o and to clarify he harassed me all week with it so ya and the smart ass got real creative too didnt even think it could be done when i final put him on ignore guess what he did to just break it he pulled me into battles and even followed me into them so ya theirs Mr. racist rat on the far flank outside of battle just mouthing off care to weigh in on this.

A year ago made probably 100 reports in one day 1 for every person who was rotten in chat months goes by and you know what nothing ever became of any of them every day the same thing bad language.
i even tried it i had a guy do it to me every day for five months i said 100 horrible things from racism to death threats to him each day and he reported it it was just a test [we knew it men't nothing] and presto nothing again so tell me now does it work hmmmmm? ill say it for you.

I agree those are not insults hell i know more insults in other languages that work better than that nonsense and a profanity filter not a bad idea but then instead of saying fuck which would be caught you would say probably say f.u.c.k. or some other form of the word like my fave Fu-cK more looks like an element on the periodic table than a swear easy.

Clearly there are issues in the system a more cumbersome system how many reports do you get a day? If you counted them daily you would probably find less and less people use it and more just say the hell with it hen's my point its not working months pass and does anything happen to these people no they continue to bad mouth people and it gets a lot more interesting to watch than to send in a worthless junk report that take away valuable time so only conclusion is its garbage and as the saying goes if its broke fix it and by fix it just scrap it and move on bad language is the new lingo homy.

Here's another problem in game chat ban's i knew a guy who got chat banned he did an investigation knew some one inside the a clan they used Photoshop to fabricate the evidence that he went the whole day speaking such foul language similar to this
and also declaring "Hitler to be god and Jews to be Satan" real strange of them to use that but ok so he got the chat ban no one knows how they got it to the developers and so when he got back on they did it to him again resulting in the same problem he ended up leaving the game as since he couldn't speak on his behalf and had no one to do so at the time he was then hunted as those who did him wrong made him look as though he was pure evil and needed to die. i suggest that the whole chat ban system be purged.
As now a days that language is everywhere i knew kids on mine craft who have seen this kind of language and they were of the ages around 8 ya bad i know i once say a kid looked to be 10 in Walmart once he want south-park his mother asked where he even saw it he didn't answer probably TV. So this is my point its common language i see it every time i go on i don't care, 100 players on the server i am on don't care so why have it at all i once filled out 200 reports the whole day on such language that was months ago did anything come of it no still went on and on and ON pointless process.

1. Banning them for using alts not a viable means to an end as i see it whats stopping them from making a second account on there PC using the family sharing function on steam to then make a new identity on naval action and then doing it that way.
Conclusion: you banned that account which is a dud now they simply go make a new one and repeat the process.
2. i know of a few clans who have major issues with some other clans so whats stopping them from fabricating the evidence.
Conclusion: the developer's have now just banned some poor soul who has done nothing and will now go and wright a real horrible review of the game for such an action. example go to GTA V on steam and look at the revews and its overal ratings, look at whats its problem grand example there.
3. By making this post you have now just leaked vital information of there conduct to insurgents on the site of some of these alt which will relay the information to there superiors and in turn force them to alter there pro-seduces.
Conclusion: They will only include there alts and exclude outsider's on such incident's.
Finale conclusion: this method to attempt to control this situation is in fact flawed and as such should be scrubbed as in fact as i put in conclusion to issue number 2 it can sink a game if this is to pass and as i know human nature it will happen as i put forth.

Yes the resources are unlimited however you only get 5 buildings to acquire resources from therefore you have only 5 types of resources to choose from i knew a player who had multi alts in order to have all resources
in order to benefit every one in his nation amusing if they could pay for it and so it does reach other players of other nations [if desired] or [more desired] of many of factions inside a nation which intern promotes war efforts of that nation or other nations if is the target of such action. as even back in those times there were those who traded to both sided of Waring nations and also took sides and supplied them to destabilize regions and country's.
Example: Say the French nation [if at all possible to define the French as a nation in] managed to say crush the danish nation [if at all possible in there state] he could then technically make a few contracts with the leading factions within the Danish nation to supply them with the needed supply's to therefore crush the French nation [which would actually be very easy] and therefore be payed for his service he could even be a french captain [if you could stomach working for the French] which he could also double deal hen's choosing the danish nation over the French nation [best thing that would ever happen {despite he would be a french captain to start}] to therefore turn a profit and keep turning a profit by strengthening the enemy. Back in those times you would normally fly other colors in order to do such an action, he could also take one more step and make a double profit by selling to the French nation [assuming if the French could pay which they probable can't] therefore double deal to both sides to keep the nations destabilized and continue returning a profit and then sail away with pride as he has just made a large profit that thereticaly wont end.
i also knew people who used alts of other nations to both flood and drain other nations to therefore reassign power to another nation while crippling another PvP 2 USA has had this happen where there market has been both drained and prices on all good's were both worthless [to sell] and overly expensive [to buy] for any one to manage to do anything hen's the other means of victory
