What GPU would you recommend?

Hi, I just got the game today on steam and I have not been able to play it. I think it's, because my processor and graphics card are outdated. Much help is appreciated Version of Windows: Windows 7 64 bit Processor: AMD Phenom II x4 955 Processor 3.20 GHz Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series If these don't work and/or you need more info just ask me and please recommend what I should get to be able to play this amazing looking game
