Why can't i restart completely from scratch. I restarted again wanting to hire fleet ships because apparently after a certain rank you can't. Now I starting from sratch with the basic cutter, no money but my original rank. Now what how can I even do missions that are several ranks above my basic ship. Please I would like to truly start from scratch. Even uninstalling then installing the game did not work. Help!!!
