And no, your community is not what makes you a nation, the game mechanics do. technically you are a nation even if you band together or not, you can do what every other nation can do...

You should not be able to pull out your stuff when the port falls, not have grace until next downtime

If they had named the server PVP1 sword would you still claim it's an EU server.

Again will repeat. both tribunals (or complaints in PM) said that danes have used alts.
Case one - player who attacked danes was a british master and commander
Case two - player who attacked danes was a british first lieutenant in a mercury
Both players accounts have no history of switching nations and played for at least a month, had assets and outposts in british ports and had a rank required time to achieve.
You have not answered the question. Why would M&C risk his time in game and all assets and outposts for a one time attack?
And how people asking for lynching can guarantee it was not a genuine mistake caused by lack of knowledge of mechanics or other reasons. What if he seeing large fleet in the vicinity attacked to help his nation chasing an easy kill?

Too many ports are placed on US time zones, so that they can't be attacked.
It is a EU server after all

I'm really surprised pirates have not changed yet, every single day there is a post stating how pirates should not be a nation and yet nothing is ever done about them...
and every single one of them is from whiny British babies who can't stand to lose

One simple idea to prevent this is simple way to simple really don´t limit the number of flags per nation on a port but when a some one plants one it nulls out all other flags for that port that way this blocking abuse is fix´d
What will be the point of screeners then?

I saw the both conversations in the pirate chat, that the FTS troll posted small screenshots off, and they are taken out of contexts and used to try and get some one else banned.
I think the OP deserve a punishment for trying to trick Devs into punishing some one else by posting fabricated lies.

It should be encouraged to hunt player traders.
Hunting player traders is even worse, since they can destroy the cargo in ow and it is literally impossible to catch a crafted and upgraded trader cutter/lynx.
Even if you do catch one and he didn't destroy the cargo, the time you spend doing it would have been more profitable doing pve, as resource prices are plummeting and no one sailing with really good cargo, they just TP

With the increase in gold reward for PVEing and player made buildings, it no longer makes sense to hunt the NPC traders. You are better off doing some missions/pve fleets and buying the resources.

Give Pirates an actual ability to attack other pirates, instead of the joke system we have now.

They serve no purpose but being bases for gank squads that you can do little about, because they just dock up.

They take too much hours for ship crafters to craft and support crafters do not have enough level to craft them
Unless you had a stockpile, good luck getting any ships crafted.

It is a must have upgrade in PVP and unlike any other upgrade gives HUGE advantage to the player who has one fitted, over some one who doesnt.
Needs to be toned down imo

Way too much sailing for people who do not have that much time to play.
Just remove the ability to teleport in open sea.

Every day they lose a couple of ports, by the end of the next week they'll have nothing left

Is finding exploits not part of the testing?
Exploit should be noted by developers as a known issue that no longer need "testing", hence if anyone else tries the same, they should be punished from now on.
