So I downloaded WireShark and I captured the results. I am not able to connect to join any server. I have tried all three.

Turning off my firewall did not work. Nor did putting my computer in the DMZ of my router. Report number NAS-85255.

Specifically if you watch this video: At 1:45 he jumps to a screen that says "Entering port". I never jump to that screen.

To be clear I have no problem connecting to the shard. I just can't seem to do anything past the player selection screen. I click my name and press START, a little black dot appears in the bottom left corner, and then nothing.

I have Windows 10. How do I go about doing this?

For the past two days I've tried to connect to the servers to play the game. Thus far I've reinstalled the client twice (I have Steam), verified the files, maximized update priority, and also tried deleting my character to create a new one. Nothing has worked. I select a server, login via Steam ID, select my character, a black dot appears in the bottom corner, and then nothing happens. Revision is 26373. Any ideas? I really want to play.
