Hi, Thanks for the responses. I reinstalled the virtual C++ Redistributable using that link - same issue. Naval Action connection test Successfully sent. Report number NAS-68947 I uninstalled the game, restarted the PC and reinstalled - same issue. Tis odd. Cheers

Hi, I've not been able to proceed since purchasing and installing the game late last month (December). The client loads and authenticates successfully, I've been able to create a 'player' but when selecting a 'player' and then clicking 'start' nothing happens apart from a small black circle appearing to the bottom left of the screen. All buttons are inactive except for the Exit button. Currently I can see (and authenticate) two servers, one PVE, the other PVP - I have the same issue with both. Ping times are good, tracert successful I'm on SKY ISP in the UK I've tested with the Firewall off I run decent PC setup running Win10 with a GTX 970 I'd appreciate any help or advice, I've had a good look through this forum but have not found a similar issue.
