I suggest that for deep ports either you increase the radious of the zone at which you can enter or you reduce the size of the shallows. This is because when the wind is blowing directly away from a deep water ports it can often be exceptionally annoying trying to navigate larger ships into them. It really adds nothing to the game other than an irritant. I assume that this issue has been raised before.
