Thanks for the answers and explanation. I believe you when you say no one else is interested in this feature though I can't understand why. I guess everyone is playing multiplayer. I appreciate you at least considering it. I suppose I'll go back through the campaign and create various scenarios that I can replay. The only thing that worries me about that is that the current patch made all saved games unplayable, which suggests that could happen again. Wayne

As a side note (as I continue the conversation with myself), I brought this up directly with the developers several weeks ago and was simply told "you can't save custom games". I was really hoping it'd been in the recent patch. I was also hoping there'd be other people chiming in so maybe we can get it on the road map for a future patch.

I guess you get written off once a moderator thinks they've answered your question even though they completely misinterpreted what you were talking about. I'm finding the lack of support on this game to be pretty frustrating. The lack of a save function for custom games is such a glaring omission. I really don't understand why I seem to be the only one bringing it up. Maybe everyone else is playing multiplayer where it doesn't apply.

Yes, I'm talking about UGG single player mode. The problem is made worse by not having control over when a battle ends. The other night I had an hour invested in a battle and didn't want to quit without seeing the results. It was 1:00 am and I needed to get to bed. I had captured all the victory locations and the union had been pushed to the edge of the map and were being slowly wiped out, yet the "battle extended" message kept flashing for another 15+ minutes (seemed like an eternity). If I could have saved the game it wouldn't have been a problem. I suppose I could have tried an extended "pause play" but I'm not sure if you can do that overnight.

Hello, I enjoy the game immensely but the experience is diminished by the inability to save custom games. I've asked about it before and was given no hint that it might be added. It doesn't appear to be in the recent update. Why can we save campaign games but not custom games? Sometimes I have just a few minuts to play and would like to jump into a saved game where the action is already far advanced instead of having to start from the beginning and wait 10-15 minutes before the action heats up. Also, there are times in custom games where there's a critical decision point and it would be fun to replay the game from that trying out different strategies. I guess a kind of workaround would be to create a long list of saved games from the main campaign. is there some difficult in adding this seemingly simple feature that should have been in there from the first? And if someone has a work around for accomplishing what I'm looking for, I'd love to hear it. Thanks, Wayne
