The Friesland was a second rank vessel with 80 guns built around 1663, part of the great fleet of the United Provinces of Holland, consisting of 1700 units. In 1672, sided by 77 vessels under De Ruyter’s command, on board of the admiral-ship Zeven Provincen, it took part in the battle of Solebay with the allied Anglo-French forces. The reconstruction has been carried out on the ground of a reliable Dutch documentation.

 

 

Is this the same ship as the Hollandia, or is this of another build?

I don't know much about it, only that is also had 80 guns and that it was a two-decker built around 1665.

Sorry, if it's any help, it was better than I expected. actually quite a relaxing game, the sights and sounds and colours are nice. Slower than normal pace but that allows for more strategy and anticipation.....probably not helping am I 

You keep torturing me with all these awesome aspects of the game!

I play alot of different games and by that i really mean ALOT.

But i might just stick with this one for a while, it's different than most and the open world aspect will be awesome i hope.

All those details you mentioned might make this a thrill to play for quite a while.

Arghhhhhhrrrgggg, had nothing planned tonight, purchased the game yesterday, to my surprise the key turned up this morning, I got about 30 mins play then off. Great game so far though, like the fact you have to control/sail a ship and fire.

Looking forward to playing some more when the servers return. I am a bit surprised ntohing like this has come before

This evening i got disconnected twice and now i can't login.

First problems i've had with NA so far.
