Age of Sail upgrade(s) ?

Hi everyone,

I may be late on this be does somebody knows whether further upgrades or DLCs are planned for UA : Age of Sail ?

I mean, this game is great and I'd love seeing a "historical battles" section, the ability to play specific characters from History/novels with their own ships, upgrades on ships designs and even DLC for new 19th century campaigns (Dutch in Indonesia, French in the Indies, Russians and Swedes and so on...)
