Around 3:48 server time tonight.  Took a f11 bug report, my endymion flipped boarding a Bellona.  Yes i was boarding him, he was in irons and not moving.  Funny thing, I was still in boarding, but he was smart and disengaged, given i was flipped upside down and sunk.  Long story short I demand a refund.

You'd have to restrict Indians to the Trans-Mississippi and use them as irregulars.  I think a bunch of the Eastern tribes sent to Oklahoma territory allied with the Confederacy, at least many Cherokee did.
