Experiences vary I'd imagine, because the game is still in early alpha, and Game-Labs does not have a large staff yet.

Considering you've paid late on a Friday, my guess is that you will receive your key next week. I bought on a Monday and received the key on a Wednesday.

I'm on W7 as well. When I installed the game yesterday, both (x64 and x86) redistributables we installed automatically. I assume I already had them downloaded with a Windows update or had previously installed them.

Go this page on the Microsoft site:

Click on "Download", and on the next page select BOTH vcredist_x64.exe AND vcredist_x86.exe. Save the files and run them both, then restart the NA installation.
