How about using them to maintain temporary 9th and 10th outposts?  When you open a 9th or 10th outpost they each cost 1 Victory Mark per day to remain one of your outposts.

Hi Guys, Same happening to me.  My internet provider claims there's a slow internet in my area because of a server problem, but I think they always say that whenever someone calls about a problem.  A spike (not you Spike, lol) of problems showed up on my ISP's problem chart at the time this was occurring.  But, I can stay in TS and use web browsing, just can't stay connected in NA.
