There is no limit how many factions can choose the same enemy?
So a faction can end being chosen as enemy by all the other factions?

I still have to find a clan interested in participate in the diplomatic relationships, aside of lobogris, clan that could feel we haven't take them into account.

Okey. We know that the 3 players clan of lobogris doesn't feel represented by the actual Spanish assembly.
I invite all the remain clans that feels that have not been part of the negotiations and that are actually interested to contact us. We would really love to hear your opinions.
Lobogris. I am still waiting to hear about that other clans that you say they feel they are not represented. You only said me about CAZA. I have contact them and it is funny that actually Senhor Lenhador, the person that has lead the negotiations while our official diplomat, Frog, is on vacation, is actually member of that clan. So hard to say that clan is not represented in the negotiations when one of his members is actually our speakman.

A selling contract would hide the stock but there is no selling contract. Just buying contracts.

After restart it seems is still bugged.

I feel there is something wrong with Tobacco in Sant Iago
Sant Iago consumes Tobacco.
There is no NPC buyers of tobacco at
375750 (normal price in a port that consumes tobacco)There are only players contracts buying at 250.
There is no quantity on sell so port is not over 25000
Edit. I was wrong with the selling price.

As I can sail undercrew I would also like to turn off the officer. So if I got sunk he doesn't loose a live.
I am thinking mainly for trading sails and about the fireship fitting. Now you can't use this upgrade without loosing and officer life.

Timeline
I was in Keywest
I went out with a Victory
I didn't move. I clicked Teleport to capital. Countdown started.
I tagged a ship for combat while waiting.
The tagged ship enter to port.
I try to enter to port. I doesn't work.
While waiting for countdown of teleport I am pulled into a battle (I am not tagged. Other player was tagged)
I have a battle and I survive.
I go out of battle right in front of Keywest.
I try to enter to port (I was surrounded by USA ships). It doesn't work,
I try to teleport. Before I can teleport I am tagged and I enter in battle.
I get sunk.
I spawn in Key west
I buy a basic cutter, go out of port and try to reenter. It still doesn't work.
I teleport to La Habana.
Now I can enter in La Habana.
This bug was a pain. I lost a Victory for it.

The same mystic forge that permits a ship sunk 5 times!
Anyway I can see that people think that is a bad idea. Dump it!

I think it would be interesting to merge ships with identical characteristics.
So if you have 2 Consitution-Fir/Build Strength/Speed/2/5 for example. Each with 1 duras, you could merge them and end with one ship with 2 Duras.
What do you think?

I prefer the idea of opening the window for port attack depending of the location of the server.
For Europe BP form 13:00 to 01:00 (GMT+1) and the same for american server and their local timezone.

It is known that as long as you are in the circle you will be pulled in. You simply cannot attack nor be attack directly.
I didn't found this issue before on the forum.
If it was already addressed my apologies for being repetitive.

Cost of ship delivering should be depending of the cost of the ship. Like goods delivering.

No. And Celtibero is the Clan, so many player are "Celtibero".

Today I went out of a port and 2 seconds later I was dragged into a battle.
It seems a fleet tagged another player or an IA that was outside and just when I went out, the battle started and I was dragged.
I think that the 20 seconds of protection when you go out of port should also protect from being dragged.

On the pop-up ship summary doesn't appear the basic turn rate and any modifier as with the rest of the ship characteristics.
Actually it only appears in the fixed summary on the right.

Surrender should be penalized by a large xp hit. We have completely failed to kill anyone since the last patch; they all surrender and we don't get the kill or the bonus.
The solution is easier.... Surrender should also award kill bonus to the captor.

Now this is more interesting and gives "captain reputation" a chance.
- "Oh you are that captain that puts everyone to the sword if we surrender... No quarter then!"
It could be even a perk.
Slaughter: Nullifies the use of the surrender button on the boarding minigame but boost enemy morale +30 (or keep fighting even with morale 0).

Twice a Dutch fleet have helped the USA faction. Screening a port attack thrown by them and defending an USA port intercepting the flag that was sent against him.
This doesn't fit the spirit of the treaty. Consequently we consider ourselves aggrieved so until we don't have an official answer were reserve the actions to defend the interests of our faction.
