[What is a "range found"? Why the enemy has range found while i dont? Literally unplayable.]

I've found that veteran crew make an enormous difference in both accuracy and volume of fire.

Hi all, new here. Saw the updated campaign stuff and got hyped to buy into this game. However when I went to the steam page there was no option to buy in. I went to check the website here and found the preorder link but that was 404. How do I pay for access to the game?

NVM figured it out. For some reason it didn't show on my computer but did show on my phone.
