  1. This game is starting to really grind my gears.  For a few months the game was unplayable due to graphical bugs the dev's were unable to fix.

    Finally, one day the game decided to start working again (no patches/update).  I have been playing for a few weeks, then the new update for the campaign released.  When launching, it prompts me for login (Note, "remember me" check box does NOT work, so I have to fill out email and PW every time) Game opens to the launcher and says update.  It downloads a few (~100mb) and then crashes.  

    Running as admin, running normal do not work.  

     

    This 50 dollar waste of money is once again, unplayable.

    =Note: There is a known bug of freeze if you click mouse button while waiting to load a battle. If you choose to not terminate but wait for the program to respond, the battle should load successfully. We delayed the patch in order to make this freeze not critical. We will fix fully as soon as possible.
     
     
    *Hotfix v89* (20/9/2021 UPDATE)
    - Fixed various bugs of auto-design, which were also responsible for freezes while loading battles. 
    - Fixed gun collider issues. You should be able to mount guns with more flexibility, especially in towers.
    - Fixed bug in gun selection when it was placed on a tower.
    - Fixes on other minors you reported.

    I disagree.  This battle was left to run overnight while attempting to load.  It has run from approx 10PM to 4PM and still "loading level"  I think it is safe to say that the program will NOT respond and battle load successfully.

    Same.  I even completely deleted the game, wiped settings, and did a fresh reinstall on a different drive.  Game loads, builder works perfectly, but the game will never pass loading level.  Sound plays like waves, if you click you can see ships, but it is frozen, no UI and no water.

    This is plainly wrong.  Multiple users have reported this issue.  The game gets hung at "loading level" and you can literally wait for hours and it will never proceed to "click to continue"

    The game is in a broken, unplayable state for some users, and it is unacceptable to keep seeing "wait without clicking, the game will respond"
