[Tanky Transports]

i find high caliber HE does wonders to lightly armored target, even dreadnought can get engine destroyed by high caliber HE destroying the funnel

how was your deck & none-main belt size ? 

it'd be nice to have more info on penetration,

is overmatch a thing, 
normalisation a thing,
angle is a thing but the two parameter above is to take into consideration, 
is overpen a thing, 
what is partial penetration, 
is damaging recochet included in the term,

i found HE to do alot of interrior damage while not penning for full damage
how is HE working
what are the drawback on HE 
how much pen HE have 


for game mechanic, the more info the better i feel
 

[shell path obstruction (now they pass through)]

currently the shell pass through obstructing ship to go to the ''correct'' target 

will we have possibility later to bloc shell with a ship to protect another ? 

btw awesome game!

the mechanic seems solid maybe tweek accuracy a bit so we dont get endless 2cm nearmiss on stationnary flanking destroyer
