Will the game support the design & use of searchlights for the any night actions that were part of this era?

Surely the design tool is about allowing players to design their own ships of all types. Now if I choose designs that are historical why wouldn't the game support that?
I am also still not clear whether the game will allow the user to design, save & share single battles or campaigns with other players.

Sounds good enough.
I assume players will be able to develop scenarios & share them with others?
This would allow for the creation of historical content with taxing the developers. -
Will it be possible to play historical campaigns & battles with 'Dreadnoughts'?
For instance could I play through selected campaigns using historical fleets with 'Dreadnoughts' similar to those in 'Distant Guns' & 'Jutland'?
Searchlight for Night Actions

The historical facts are that searchlights were used in night actions in the battleship era.
As you say japan was a frequent user of searchlights from the russo-japanese onward.
They were also used in WW1 - for example against the Black Prince at Jutland.
What I was asking was if the historical use of searchlights would be supported for night actions by the game.
