Sure it would be great if you had an unlimited supply, and supply regenerated between days.  But you have to understand that armies on the move could not carry an infinite supply of ammunition with them, and there was never a supply dump within easy delivery distances.  So running out of supplies during the course of a battle, especially one that extends over multiple days is realistic and was very evidenced in history to have happened.   Historical cases tell how parts of Jackson's wing holding the railroad bed ran out of ammunition on the first day and resorted to throwing rocks at the advancing union troops.

You have the option of playing well and having a large and well-equipped army at Cold Harbour, but you are not allowed to spend more money of supply? I don't see why you should be allowed (if you play well and/or on easy) to change history in one area (the OoB) but not the other (supply).

  2. I'm content with a single supply cart, but I would like to be able to load it up with more than 25 000 supply.

At 2nd Bull Run/Manassas. the supplies do not reset between the days, and even with 2 corps with 2 supply carts and 25 000 supply, max logistics and corps commanders with logistics AND a few captured union supply carts, I could not keep my troops supplied - half the army ran out of ammunion before the first day was over. And as I was not able to keep the captured supply carts at day 2 (I captured them late day 1 and did not have time to bring them to my entire line), the half load left in my 2nd Corps supply cart could not sustain the army for day 2.

I'd suggest to make the supply carts able to keep as much supply as you like, but the cost for each 1000 supply to increase as you buy it, making it more and more expensive the more you expand your supply.

My game also crashes at the Capture Pittsburgh Landing part of the Battle of Shiloh. I have captured Pittburgh Landing and sunk the US gunboats. I have aligned my troops to recieve the US reinforcements from the north, and after a few have arrived, the game crashes with less than an hour left of the battle. This has happened twice.

It is very tedious, as you have to play through all the phases of the battle again.

It seems that if I kept my troops a bit away from the edge of the map, this did not occur again. It seems like it was the attempt to create a "horse-shoe" with troops at the edge of the map (to take on known union reinforcements) that caused the crash.
