This is the FIRST TIME your guys were attacked. This is known because as soon as i posted that screen and my anger over discord i was given another screenshot.
That was taken as soon as i posted on discord from Chet. Leader of BORK. at 7:44 AM. CST.
Ive been told we were actively talking to you guys about fixing everything over the past 2-3 days after that had happened. and then a RANDOM seemingly non existent player attacks you guys again and you lost your minds..... just like the pirates we cannot control the entire population of misc. France. you also say a non clan attacked you. this leaves us with some mods, pirate alts (which wouldn't attack you.) and random new people or other nations alts.
You ave an alliance with BLACK, who essentially runs Pirates, you have been told you cant really go to mort anymore since they cant control all the randos. SAME GOES WITH US. I dont understand how you can possibly think that this is remotely the way you can play this game. you cannot base an entire nation off of the randoms, in reality you can only based off the clans. Bork has come the the conclusion to not attack you, as the screenshot dates Alleman attacked you at least 3 days ago from 7:44AM CST, i can guarantee you no more of BORK attacked you since he did. ICS as i cant speak for them, have been saying they arnt attacking you either since then. Purge hasnt been up there since the focus on our southern border, and WO is Haiti. so your argument that France has attacked you is false. France didnt attack you, only trolls who wanted this exact response did. and they got it.
So if 1 porting us or taking all our northern ports over a old screenshot, that you say was taken hours before, is proven false by our very own members last log in time, then your nation is pathetic sir. If you want war over something so stupid that we cant control, as the pirates cant control the same thing for them, then there's no stopping it i guess. If you want a war, then you will get it.
the Screen shot combat happen at 4/6/2017, you guys did the thing you have been done, keep your memory, no any excuse.

I know there are some players are not interesting in PVP, but hell I cant understand why some of you would like to spent your time in the PVE server, such as things like fighting with NPC? (well, you could also fighting with NPC in PVP server)
If there is a high DOF sanbox gaming, i might understand you, but you cant build your kingdom, establish your commerce and grow your fleet there, why some of you still there? Finaly some of you might feel boring, boring then AFK, why dont you try face to the world and enjoy PVP? You will find more thing here than PVE server.
So i would like to suggest No PVE server anymore, but add Neutral in PVP server for some players not interesting in PVP( Neutral players coundnt attack anyone and cant attack by anyone), they can do anythings like before in the PVE server, but they will have a chance to decide pledge loyalty to a nation or keep Neutral when the rank head to the top.

Thank-you. Maybe, Naval Action 2's map is part of the projected European map to be additional to the Caribbean map, I think.

no, Dane never took Dutch down to one region or one port, the histroy was the Dane captured all Swed and FR ports except their own capital, but however these two nations became our ally and helping each others, forget the past and focus on the future.

Until next time and maybe we can try to get one flipped before 10pm CST for an evening port battle around 8PM CST. We really need to push on the Devs to get this fixed so we can have battles between 8-12 pm CST like we use to on the old flag system.
tell them devs, flag system is the best! we could use some in real actions and some fake, it would be more interesting! and the hostily system make the game like PVE server, all dane playes doesnt like. the game wants to get back players need turns back

The daily online peak in pvp2 USA around 100-100 and the lowest number down to 30, even the pvp event on the active.
Devs: could u give a chance to players who in the USA server to move their ships and assets to PVP1 before the total wipe?

if we dont do any PB, why do we play PVP server? and your clan members were attacking our trader first, and we do nothing just waiting you continue robbing our traders?
you guys like OW pvp and non-ally policy, but why anyone have to following your rule?
that is your way to playing this game, and we do have ours.
when you guys decided to gank our trader, you have to predict the consequence you would face to.
