[i lost all my ranks and skills]

hi my ranks and crafting skills are wiped both side pvp and pve. I was played this game many many years my rank and skills was maximum in pvp side many years and all others ppl's those are retained. ?  before vipe my rank was curse in pve side and my crafting skills was a like bellona craft level and now those are gone ?. other ppl's are retained their skills and ranks ?
