You say "YOU" refused. I don't ever recall refusing any terms. However I guess that goes to show the overall lack of US organization. Mr. Vicious you strike me as a reasonable fellow. In fact back in my STARs days you were very helpful getting this noob on his feet.
I am suggesting that allowing the US some breathing room would be beneficial to both parties. The US is no real threat to the Pirate nation. None at all. May I suggest you deal with the other nations for a few weeks and let us work at rebuilding for a period of 2 weeks. We will move no further south than Cabo. I think many US players would be very happy with this arrangement.
Allowing a little more trade out of Sunbury would be nice, but we understand the need to PvP. Let us not allow the past to cloud the future. I'm not saying peace, I'm simply asking for 2-weeks of non-aggression and no more Port Battles against our few remaining ports.
If you have different terms do feel free to suggest. It is in your interest to keep US players playing if you like to have PvP in your "backyard." I went to Mortimor town for the first time 2 days ago. The US will never be a threat to the current pirate nation. We are however good fun pvp close to home.
Think about it.
You said "However I guess that goes to show the overall lack of US organization", and then you say "We will move no further south than Cabo", with the lack of organization you most certiantly would, and if we do give you two weeks of non aggression, when you do move past cabo, which you 100% will, we would be back the next day. So if your going to say something like that you need support from your whole nation or we have no incentive to leave.

It's us the USA nation. We're tiny and fun to fight. May I suggest you treat us like a small garden of PvP in your backyard. However, like any garden you need to water us and give us time to grow. Currently we are not as healthy as we could be. May I suggest a non-aggression pact from Sunbury north for a duration of perhaps 2 weeks? If you refuse that is fine. We will soldier on and continue to scurry from Sunbury to Charleston.
I also do not speak for the whole nation, but let's be honest there are not that many of us anymore so the word can get out quickly.
Do let us know if we can come to a gentlemen's agreement. It would be nice if we had a bit of time to produce some new ships.

Your not fighting pirates. Your fighting a nation flying a black flag. If they were all flying Dutch flags you would likely be in the same predicament you are now. That's not a slam on the pirates or the USA. It's just how it is. The pirates are a nation and can employ mostly the same tactics of any nation. Those few advantages sited wouldn't have changed the current outcome had they never existed. Pirates still have the largest pvp player base, highest tech gear to field and a close starting proximity to the desired target. If they had a purple flag, a different name and no pirate advantages there would be no great changes to the outcome. The player base, ability to field max level ships and proximity to target are great challenges to overcome.
Now, that all said, if the pirate nation ever becomes "piratey" this event will probably go down as ancient history. With the delay in PB's and the mix of ships needed to fight various ports the ability to "Blitzkrieg" a nation into abismal morale in a matter of days will not likely be seen again. If you want to site an advantage that allows a nation to sweep ports of another and break the will to fight in short order this would be it. Not teleporting ships to outposts. i often wonder if it was luck or plan that the massive surge attack occurred the week before the rule set changes.

No matter where you go to rebuild, we will be ever more prepared by the time the merger happens and SORRY will wipe your pathetic rebuilt fleet out in one port battle.
Oh and need I not metion, but you call SORRY exploiter's but this is a clear exploit that you have publicly posted.

The AUSEZ left because they were getting yelled at by the British to help with other wars when they were busy with the gulf, they were basically botted out of their country by their own country. The exact same thing that happend to SORRY so I would expect a war coming your way from AUSEZ. So in the end, here's a tip. STOP PISSING OFF CLANS and they won't leave a country. This is the truth and no bullshit.

- Tag system is working as intended.
- You other friends can join the battle
- if they are close to you they will be pulled in if you are attacked.
- They can also attack themselves.
- You can attack yourself.
- But if they were in battle or in port at the moment new battle started they will not get in
- The reinforcement circle can be completely in land - IT IS the design. You can completely deny enemy reinforcement by attacking creatively.
Will repeat
Ships sitting in battle and Ship sitting in port will never reinforce any battle - they won't make it.
Or rephrasing
To be able to reinforce battles now you have to be outside in the open world and maximum at 1m 58 seconds of sailing away from the battle.
So, this new patch is promoting the blackaiding of ports, because it is completely impossible to leave a port with people waiting outside because
1. They can pick you off one at a time
2. You are unable to attack them with a full group because they can pick you off one at a time
3. The circle spawning is completely random so either circle can be in land or even both, you can't attack creatively when you don't know where its going to spawn the circle.
4. There is not enough time to get away from land with only 20 seconds of invulnerability .
But SORRY adapts fast so, keep it the way it is if you want, we will work around it, Thank you for clarification.

As far as the second part I don't see this as a bug at all. If you want to jump out of port then actually jump out and leave the port. The end of end of the dock port undock jump ganks is a beautiful thing to me and not a bug.
OMG, this is why you lose all your ports, because you people are so dumb, The join circle in land is a BUG, your tune would be different if we were blockaiding you outside of your port and when you tag us your join circle is in the land making it unable for you to join, and 40 seconds isn't enough to get away from land for a lot of ports in the game idiot, look at Apalachicola or Tampa, or many other ports that have a channel, there is not enough time to move away from land, so it spawning the join circle IN THE DAM LAND IS A BUG.

From that screenshot it looks as if the pirate join area was not in the ground but the US one was half way in land... hmmm Also you tagged someone knowing full well that some of your members would not be able to join.
OMG You're so dumb it hurt's, this is just a screenshot showing that one side was able to join while the other one can't, the one we are talking about where the santi was lost was this one. And this is not about Vicious losing his santi. It is about a game BUG, and when you lose a ship to a game bug you get your ship back as a redeemable.

So why did you imply you were attacked by US in the OP?
Yeah, messy, but your choice to tag right by land with reinforcements toward land (opposite direction from the US player you attacked). Nice try at ganking those US players in frigates with all your Santissimas, though.
We were not ganking them, they blockade and camp the port.
Problem is you attacked, you weren't the one tagged.
The problem is SORRY was not able to join because our circle was in the land unable to get to. But you just love making up stuff to make yourselves feel better.

So as far as i can understand what happened was the following:
You (Vicious) sat outside port in your Santi while your friends were in port/in battle.
Then you tagged some US players - Failing to realise that you no longer can leave port and join a battle in progress before the join timer closes, because of the "120s invul thingy magic" introduced this patch.
Gank gone wrong.

Edit: I do agree that they need to fix it so the join zone is never "in land". But even if had not been, your friends wouldn't have been able to join...
We would have been able to join, we were able to join with 20 seconds left but we couldnt get to the join circle....

I Understand that. But no matter who it is that you are trash talking they will respond & will defend themselves until both sides are blue in the face or moderators delete posts. You should expect them to retaliate. I'm sure this thread is not being moderated because the OP's guild started the flame war.
If you really wanted this thread to be only focused on recruiting & helping players you wouldn't be bragging about who you have sunk, what ports you've taken, ships you've capped along with trash talking.
Anyway this is a guild thread and I should step out of it now. Good luck with your recruiting.

Don't really want to interrupt anything but posting screenshots of battles & mouthing off about said nations is bound start a flame war. Why are you surprised this guild thread has gone off topic? Don't dish it out if you don't want to take it back. But I do understand you love the attention & need it boost your egos. This thread just looks bad, it's quite embarrassing to be honest. I'm not sure why this hasn't been moderated yet. Just looks bad on the forum.
This is the SORRY thread, we can talk about what we want, I see the American Council Thread trash talking SORRY, yet were not allowed to post on the council thread.

This is the SORRY recruitment thread. If we wanted to post on your Council thread it would be deleted. Yet you are allowed to post on our thread trash talking us and then cry when we trash talk back. GET OUT of OUR thread. You don't see SORRY posting their victory's on the American Council Thread. We Post them on OUR recruitment thread. This Thread is for
1. Recruiting new players
2. Helping other player
We will not have our thread overrun with some salty US players. If you are not looking to join or looking for help/guidance, then I respectfully say, GTFO of SORRY's recruitment thread.
ps: Haratik, you start a thread asking for our thread to be moderated. It would not need to be moderated if the US stopped starting flame wars in our thread.

You are asking for them to moderate clans trying to recruit because it's toxic. If you already have a clan, Haratik, which you do, because I see your in TF, then there is not a reason for you to even be in someone else's clan recruitment section, especially a different nations recruitment page. The best way to solve this is to allow the page creator to be allowed to choose people who can post on the page.

I can only play a few hours every night. Please keep this in the game as I do not have time to look and waste time finding fleets. This also makes grinding cheaper and rewards more XP and Gold. Please do not make this illegal to do.
