ship quality and level are kind of attached to each others right?

you can build a gray surprise at level 20 but you have to wait level 24 for a gold.

my understanding was that the chance to drop was increased with your craft level...like before today i hadn't got any drops and I'm craft level 20. It seems silly that i can build exceptional cerbs but not a pickle?

The change is coming in the next big patch. 

Blueprint learning will depend on the crafting level.

economy buildings to increase your labor hour regen? this would make me so happy. Limit to one per server if you want but no matter how big a clan it seems like we can barely get one ship out a day. Unless everybody has the same blueprints already.

150 minute downtime today, does this mean the patch is being applied today ?

they said "150min downtime for update" right in the big popup that blocks your view.

have patience, Admin had the flu so there might be some delays, i would imagine the patch will come sometime this week however nothing is sure.

a few of you just reconfirmed what i already said...what im saying is let the NPCs sell basic non-upgradable 1st and 2nd rates. They're shit quality compared to the capturable ships. a basic gray teak santi is garbage on paper compared to a captured blue live oak 3rd rate.

Im just asking for an opportunity to be able to give these bigger ships a test drive before I throw down on an exceptional.

Is there any reason why these aren't available in ports? The biggest ship I've seen for sale in ports is the Constitution. At this point, even on US PVE server, our clan is chock full of captains a few flag captains and we even have a few commodores that are either having to settle on captured 3rd Rates or Connies to fight in. Mostly because our crafting is such slow going...our highest level crafter just got the Trincom BP earlier in the week.

Hunting 3rd rate fleets with the clan....grey got a little impatient trying to get this belle poule to sink.
