Really hard to understand yes. We see a no timer port, we can attack, we attack. Did you expect we'll take a rendez vous with you guys before launching any flags ?
yes because of the Bug that you couldnt set a porttimer window after you took the port unitl todays patch...everyone was aware of this bug.

I'm not surprised to see all the trolling around here. But i hqve to say that after a while playing this game, the Pirates have been one of the very few along the French to honour their word. Unlike the Brits who just tried to bully everyone around to their liking.

Concerning the Swedish, i currently don't know, because of the Drunks seems to navigate solo and I have seen some flaming post in this topic from some Swedish (which of course don't represent the whole Swedish community), so let's see what happen.

ONE SHIP Eric...it was ONE SHIP that Drunk catpured from the French after we joined the council. And from my informations you also got a new St. Pavel from a Swedish player for it. There was no other activity from Drunk in the french waters beside that ONE ship.
And who cares about complaining? There was no down written stuff about "no Pvp", and since this is a PvP Sandbox game, i dont see anything that Drunk made wrong.
And then YOU and the other diplomate came in and DEMANDED us to change our Clan name.

In France nobody really want war with Swe or Dutch, I can say 99% of french players in clans would like see them as allie and friends... I hope we'll find a way to reach it. We re in the same map sector, and i think we need to work together. Dane, Swe, Dutch French must find some diplomatic and ways to live in peace.
You really think there will be PEACE or even an Alliance in the near future with you? Wake up...your actions putted you out of this possibilty for the next few years...

I was also in the talkings about Basse-Terre and St. George hand back to the french as a point that they stay out of the war. And despite all the french accuses against Drunk, the St. Pavel Accident(and from what ive heard you even got a St. Pavel back for this) was the only PvP related attack in French Waters from Drunk, since our Clan joined the Swedish Council. Since those period Drunk didnt made any Group PvP actions in French waters, but french still accused us of attack trader ships (without any evidence via. Screenshots).
Also Eric and the other Diplomat DEMANDED that we have to change our Clan name, that was really the most arrogant thing i ever saw in this game. next point "no Pvp in homewaters"...there is NO down written Stuff about this point. Even when Drunk joined the council we didnt got this Information that PvP with the French is forbitten in homewaters.
a lot has changed in the DRUNK Clan since Drunkensloth left to the brits, but in my eyes the french dont want to see it.

Twig allready explained why we took Ft. Baai back...in the weeks before the PB, we got more and more reports of Danish players attacking our New players and Traderships in Swedish waters. I think everyone should understand that this cant be tolerated since we had a treaty with Danes "no Trader Attacks". I guess every other nation would have reacted the same if they had this.

I like the upcoming change but there is a rumor running a round talking a bout port wipes in this patch can place get a clear no or yarr from the dev´s on this coment ?
As you said, Rumors...the wipe will come with the upcoming big changes in the war system/Diplo, and not in this minor patch.

Es werden alle Städte bis auf die Hauptstädte nuetral werden.
Es wird das selbe passieren, wie momentan, wenn eine Stadt erobert wird. Der Außenposten besteht, alles, was im Lager ist wird eingefroren und kann nach Eroberung wieder genutzt werden.
Sprich es passiert nichts tragisches mit euren Materialien und Gebäuden.
Soll das nicht erst mit den großen änderungen kommen? Sprich Diplomatie und Kriegs änderungen?
Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, bedeutet die Warnung schlicht, das durch die Änderungen es gut seien kann, das man auf grund der Balance den Hafen viel leichter in einem PB verlieren kann, deshalb soll man seine dicken Schiffe in sicherheit bringen. Und nicht das wir Städte verlieren weil sie auf Neutral gesetzt werden.

i guess what he meant was, that after the changes you may will lose ports more easy due the fact like you wrote, it is much experimental, and not that they change the status of the ownership of the ports.

Will there be a way to push up the regeneration on a port? Like going to fishing and deliver this fish as food?

On the contrary - from the responses in this forum it seems that the allowance of 'ganking' is actually supported by many more people than those who agree with you
just to bad, that a forum is most of the time only the minor part of the actuall player base. If you really wanted to have accurade oppinion about his mechanic, you had to make a ingame voting about it.

I was actually the third to leave after having substained to much damage. I would have love to do broadside to broadside but:
Not easy to do broadside to broadside when the ennemy is running away.
Not easy to do broadside to broadside when the ally don't give space to breath. (Ask Luciole, rammed it twice to force him to give some space to catch up.)
Not easy to do Broadside to broadside while all you do is making lines and going left and right. (Hehe, I was for a good moment focused by a LOT of people, apparently I've touched some nervs!)
Strange you complain about being overwhelmed, it's your favorite tactic.
So yeah, said the guy and managed to survive despite receiving death threat and who was focused.

Where do i complain? I just wrote down a fact, that its not a DRUNK only tactic to attack with a bigger fleet. Thats what everyone does in this game. You are allways the one writing like it is only done by one clan. We saw all the ships from the beginning and we didnt turned, we just started the fight. Ask you fellow french partners...we never complained in the battlechat about the uneven numbers. Until the end we didnt even write anything at all beside 1 or 2 sentences.
Bad loser? Serious? Why am i bad loser? We knew from the beginning that this would not end well for us. Nobody of us was angry about that. Thats Open PvP, sometimes you are the strong guys and sometimes its the others.
But i am sure, an even fight would have not end in the favor for the french.

said the guy after the 9 vs 18 yesterday, that left that battle as one of the first french players after he got his ass kicked...oh btw. where was your manly broadside to broadside? All you did was hiding between 2 constis all the time.
Even if we lost this 2:1 fight yesterday it was fun...

Kann mir kurz jemand erklären wie der Krieg zwischen Schweden und den Niederlanden sich entwickelt/ entwickelt hat? Für mich als Außenstehenden sah es kurzfristig so aus, als könnten sich die Schweden langfristig in Südamerika festsetzen. Nun scheint jedoch ein niederländischer Gegenangriff gelaufen zu sein, der die Schweden in relativ kurzer Zeit wieder zurückgedrängt hat.
Wie sind solch komplett gegensätzlichen Entwicklungen in so kurzer Zeit zu erklären? Haben die Renegaten, gerade auch auf schwedischer Seite (DRUNK) ihren Anteil daran?
Für jede(relativ propagandafreie) Antwort bin ich dankbar.
Nein, mit ausnahme einiger DRUNK Member haben wir uns komplett aus dem Konflikt im Süden rausgehalten, nicht zuletzt deshalb weil wir die erfahrung machen mussten das trotz der kritik wir würden nicht helfen wir, wenn wir es dann doch versuchen von den Spielern aus KF und HRE in matches im Stich gelassen werden.

i would be careful with such things dala...rest of the nation? Are you talking for EVERY single player in Sweden? I hardly doubt it...so please dont use thinks like "nation". You are only talking for your clan or maybe the council, but not for the whole nation at all.

Yes, it's quite sad that when peace mechanics come they will cry so hard... At least they will have eachothers shoulders to cry on...
Oh yes lets wait for it, and see how AI fleet farmer then start to cry too because AI fleets then also part of the Peace. Or do you really think they will be excluded of 2 nations are making a peace via a diplomacy mechanic?
