If I tag a player in OW, than there is a battle where he surrenders and i shot only couple of shots on him, how do i acquire PvP marks?

A. A toon in a game is not "your" image - unless that is all you are is a toon in a game.
B. Your rights regarding the game are subsumed by the rights of Game Labs - read your EULA.
Ok I concede my defeat, no amount of hremeneutics can help in this instance!
V. nice video btw I think I will work on sth similar for KOTO. I hope you do not mind I use footage of your first-rates demasted and sunk at Bloody Sunday (the last PB for Tiburon you lost)?

Great you are able to find a dictionary web-page on the internet. Now I am sure you can also find some tutorial on reading with understanding (#hermeneutics)! I did not ask if you attended to Tiburon battle I asked if the footage used in the video was pulled out of that battle. If that would be the case, I would be concerned if my clans and other pirate coalition members public image was used without our consent.

I have a problem connecting to PvP 1 EU server. I am getting stuck on the login queue and do not ascend on the list. I can connect to other game servers but not this one. I have reset the steam and Pc a couple of times but the effect is still the same.

Are you honestly going to tell me a pirate nation is completely acceptable? This isn't pirates of the caribbean and you're not jack sparrow..A pirate nation takes any realism and literally throws it out the window, we could argue all day this is simply how I see pirates, but historical records will show this to be true. If we really want a small amount of historical accuracy a pirate nation shouldn't exist. I just think people join Pirates because of the wrong reasons, the whole reason to be a pirate is having complete freedom to do what you want, without any political interference or laws in your way. I mean maybe it's just because I actually value history and play this game because of it, but it feels like this game is starting to go down a path of an unrealistic arcade naval game. If you want to act like a nation join a nation, if you don't go pirate and plunder every ship you can.
When my students write sth like this I ask them to present a citation from a respectable(scholarly) source. If they do not I fail them. Can you present any respectable source to back up your statement?

Well Brits I hope that this sacrifice will bolster your morale enough you will start putting more resistance on the coast of Cuba and Haiti. Those PvPs in Port Battles (as opposed to those PBs when we just rushed towers without opposition) were immensely fun no matter win or lose for the Pirates

You will log in eventually but the lag on the server is terrible atm
