I was not stuck in shallows and when I saw you appear I gave chase as did the 3rd rate backing me up, i was catching you and then you disappeared.
I feel like I have been ganged up on by some of the posters here just because they are more well known than me. A tribunal should not be a popularity contest or this tribunal system is just worthless, .
I was told to make a post here as it was a place highlight use of exploits and now I feel like I have been attacked.
I hope this issue gets resolved shortly, thank you and good night.

Please leave this with the people that can actually do something or at the very least acknowledge the bug, you are 'ironically' abusing the Tribunal system not me.

This is an open forum and since Sea Trials Tribunal was accepting input from anyone and everyone who speaks with merit. I see what I perceive to be an attempt to abuse the Trial, and I speak up against it. Simple as that.
I see no merit in the comments you have currently added, you appear to be simply trying to antagonize me.... I used this tool the right way I fail to see how I could have captured someone using this exploit.

You were sailing away while I was outside with a 3rd rate backing me up, we were blockading the port.
So please tell me if you were attacked and then jumped in port why would you then try and sail away knowing full well that we were still blockading the port waiting for you to try and escape again, you knew EXACTLY what you were doing you KNEW that you were using the exploit or you wouldn't have jumped out again.

You're playing victim here. The truth here is you accuse a very well known member of this forums and this game society of cheating while providing no proof of it. For all we know there was no cheat at all.
Were you actually interested in the bug or exploit, you wold inform WHAT is the exploit and THAT there is an exploit, not WHO did it. You instead go to tribunal - that is created to punish wrongdoers - and accuse a well known person without presenting any kind of proof.
Your intent has nothing to do with fixing bugs - as this is not the forum meant for that - your intent is to discredit another player. And this is why I think you should be held accountable.
Please can you tell me how to get proof of a player using this bug?
If I was aware of the bug then I would have tried to capture him doing it however I didn't.
This is nothing to do with the person, I don't care who it was, it is the fact a person will use an exploit that annoy's me.
P.S. Just because the person is "well known" doesn't mean he can get away with cheating.

I would rather they get rid of the bug so no one can use it, I didn't even realize until it was here until he did it.

Engaged Herminator in his Bellona outside Port Morant, he then jumped back in to port then out I gave chase and had him targeted and then he disappeared.
Spoke to my clan mates and apparently he used a bug/exploit to avoid losing his ship. No honor, very sad to see him use it.

Why should they?
The pirate Nation (nation, still makes me chuckle) is already the largest faction in the game and they are allied with the Russians/Danish meaning that Drunk would just add to the Brit bashing campaign currently underway by most faction...

If the Danes were to take Jamaica and then sue for peace leaving one of there ports nearby our capital I would say that the British were Puppets!
Puppets or not by opening this front you have handed an advantage to your old enemy the Danes allowing them to front the numbers and gank our homes just like they did to you.
P.S. I understand that you had no fronts after broking peace with the Dutch and Danish

It has been a lot of fun. The battles have being fierce and yet my trusty 3rd Rate has managed to survived, including broadsides from Victory's and Pavel's!
I have to agree with the sentiments of my fellow brits, this is our third front we can't throw the same number at you that we did at the Spanish.
Unfortunately the spanish refuse to come to the table, however at least they do not wish to become puppets like the French.
I wish we could have honoured the alliance with the French, we were as shocked as you at your defeat. If it were not for the Pirates keeping us back we would have helped you.... Now you are attacking us, you are puppets, here just to allow the Danish and Pirates to gank us just like you were!
You are the ones who should be ashamed...

Never heard of a bug like that, are you sure it was not simply a case that someone forgot to set a time?
Would be very strange to have a bug like that after numerous PB without ever hearing of anything like this...

It wasn't a groan, more of a statement of disbelief and utter amazement that you would sail all the way just to, quite hilariously I might add, confirm a stereotype with a abrupt waving of a white flag! Bravo...
I might add that while our danish friend Herminator might be a pompous ass at least he has the courage and honour to see a battle through to the end.

Lol its a game, and if you think not surrendering in an mmo is misplaced pride then idk what to tell you. Crack a beer and relax bud, Espana will be around on pvp1 for however long this game stays alive. Something someone said on a PvP 2 US thread comes to mind, and the gist of it is that you are only screwing yourself over in the long run when you destroy a nations player base and drive them away from this awesome game.

The sad thing is that the Spanish players the responsible for there nations current predicament are now hiding behind a pirate flag!
The spanish will rise again now they are gone if they are willing to work together.

I see there is no point in using a tool like this if a fool with no credit or merit is free to run rampant judging overs for trying to use it for what the tool was simply intended.
