Thanks for your help.
Changing the Kaspersky settings solved the problem.
Strange thing is: I still can't enter any port and it seems i'm put back into the same place when i start the game, even when i have left it elsewhere before.

Hi,
i'm experiencing two problems after installing NA on my new computer:
1. After i press start at the player selection the black dot in the lower left corner appears, then nothing happens (only the exit button works).
I already looked if my firewall puts any restrictions to the game, but it doesn't. I tried starting the game sveral times, mostly it didn't work, but twice i got past the player selection, leading to problem number 2:
I can't enter any ports (not even my capitol).
Hope you can help me,
thanks already in advance

Ok some questions:
I didn't have a player on PVP1 EU until now, so i just created one.
Will all the goods and ships from three outposts be transferred into one Outpost?
Even if there are to many ships and goods?
Or do i have to put up more outposts on PVP1 EU before i can unse my redeemables list?
As i don't play that often i think i cannot earn money on the new server in that short period of time.
And when/how can i use / "claim" the redeemables?
greetings

Ok I changed the settings now to use the Nvidia GPU.
The Nvidia control-panel also says that naval action used the GPU.
Sadly it doesn't run better. The only strange thing is: HWMonitor shows that the GPU is used,
but the temperature is very low just like it is when the graphics card isn't working.
I changed my energy settings from balanced to maximum performance and that worked yesterday, but today it doesn't help anymore.
I'm quite confused now.

Hi,
i have problems with the FPS since the last two days:
The FPS doesnt get higher than 4 no matter which graphic options/quality i choose.
Before that i always had an FPS of 15-18. Not the best but playable. Can something be done there?
PC-specs:
i7 3610QM
nVidia Geforce 640M
16 GB RAM
The temeratures are also quite low.
Greetings and thanks for your help

Hi,
i'd also like to play naval action. Actually i've already been waiting for such a realistic age-of-sail-game for quite a while.
The only problem is that i'm in doubt if my computer can run the game, so here short system-info:
PC: Acer aspire v3 771g notebook (maybe that's a problem already)
Processor: intel core i7-3610QM 2,3 - 3,2 GHz
GPU: nVidia GeForce GT 640M 2GB
Memory: 16GB DDR3
HDD: 1TB HDD and 120GB SSD
I think that is below the minimum system requirements that i found, but i had a little hope when i read here that it was playable with an i3-3220.
Hopefully the qeustion is not too much annoying as i'm the 10th guy asking the same.

Ok, suddenly i was in Santiago, my ship is gone and i had the option to teleport back to my nearest outpost, so the problem is solved.
