hrm..no other responses to this issue, has it been fixed in game, has it been found to be a bug? haven't played since I have had the issue...just inquiring?

everytime I start the game today it says client data corrupted, verify game cache. so I have done this with in steam, and it still gives me the problem. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game with the same issue. any Ideas?

any thoughts?

ok tried to upload screenshot, file too big, tried compressing it, won't let me upload it that way either Character name is Captain Jones a US midshipman I was battling a contraband ship sailing in the world is fine, however when I go into battle, and the battle arena loads, what happens is half way up the screen I see the waves of the ocean and then the sky above and below the water. my computer is a i53570k my graphics card is a R9 290 Twin Froz4 with Direct x 11 I have 16 gigs of ram

when I'm in battle, the screen shows water half way up the monitor, no ships and I cant do anything except report a bug, which I have, or leave the battle. I have restarted the game several times and the same thing happens, any ideas on how to fix? I unfortunately didn't save the photo, but it should be in the bug reports.
