Rackham the Red
What a beauty. Into the game, this ship shall come sometime.... I hope.
maturin
Could be an interesting ship for low-level captains. But you guys should realize that she has less firepower than Trinc or Belle Poule, with a hullform that makes sure she'll go nowhere fast.
GrapeShot
Yea, it is very early in the time line for the game. Could have it uses -- perhaps an escort for slower traders.

She's a bigger target than a Belle Poule, too.
Haratik
I could see her being used as convoy escort for sure. 4th rates of this size were relegated to duties like that by the latter stages of the 1800's, no?
Malachi
Yup. And they actually built 'outdated' small two-deckers like the 50-gun Leopard in the late 18th century to serve as flagships in remote service stations. But as I said in another thread, with a hull shape like that, it´s very unlikely that Storman has been built as an ocean-going vessel. Pretty sure she was a dedicated coastal defence ship. And there are plenty of other plans for 'proper' small danish two-deckers two choose from, like Judichaer´s Delmenhorst of 1707: Edited April 5, 2019 by Malachi
